Usually they have what I need especially when other stores don't, prices are sometimes better than other auto stores too

Order a part for a friend and paid over phone. It didn't get picked up so 3 weeks later called asking about returning it and the lady on the phone was so helpful and courteous. It was done without any hassle. Thank you.

Bought a dipstick tube and it was a very fast and easy experience.

Ray was so helpful. He helped my husband locate our battery (in the car under the floor) and helped us work to get it switched out.

Stopped in for a window wiper and a young man with overalls was exceptionally helpful in replacing my wiper and assisting me with finding some difficult to find bulbs for my Lexus! I have tried at multiple Auto Zone locations and left no better off...one visit to Centerville O'Reilly's and now I know what I need to do to fix my tail lights. Thanks O'Reilly's. Wish I had caught the slim young mans name so the bosses could pat him on the back!
