Kaylyn, was very helpful came in store greeted me with a smile she got right to the task what I asked her help, for she also even told me about the promotions I have available her customer service skills or 100 out of 100

I walked in and Darrius S. was the sales person who took great care of the transaction. He was courteous, tentative to my requests and answered all my q's. Multiple options were explained to me thoroughly. Highly recommend asking for him. Store is clean, and well kept.

My family and I came into this store to discuss changing service providers in the near future. We have spent countless years with a provider who has been nothing short of disappointing. We have dealt with service representatives who have been rude, disinterested in providing quality service, and overall a bad reflection of their company. Coming into this Verizon store was so refreshing! They were nothing like what we have been experiencing for so long. The manager, Jacob, was quick to answer any questions and alleviate any concerns we had about the difficulties of changing service providers. Not only that but he informed us about ways we could be saving money by switching and what we should be expecting as future Verizon customers. I was also pleased to find that the customer service reps who were in the store were also well informed and helpful. Due to finishing out our contract with our current provider we will be holding off on switching for another month, but when we do it will certainly be at this store and with this team. Thanks for a great experience!

Amazing staff, went over and above for us. We had a few bumps due to large number of requests we had, and this kept us there for quite some time. The staff was so diligent and accommodating to ensure we had everything taken care of. They eliminated some fees for us, to compensate for the length that our visit required. I can’t say how pleased we were with the service we received. Very knowledgeable and they never treated us like we were difficult customers or asking too much for them to figure out for us. This by far was the best Verizon store we have visited.

My daughter and I went to this Verizon store today and it was AWESOME. Nicholas helped my daughter and he did evening right! We were very pleased with the way things were handled and we left the store with the phone she wanted!! How nice it is to know that there are still pleasant salesmen that actually help the public!

Kaylyn (might’ve misspelled it) rescued me this morning. Had a SIM card issue with my iPhone, and was too stressed to even think clearly. She sat us down and got everything worked out. Like a boss.

Exceeded my expectations!! Very kind , attentive and knowledgable staff, completely understood my situation and worked quickly to resolve it. I had to drive 20 miles further to get to this store - it was worth every mile and then some...This is now my "home store"! 5 Stars seems inadequate,,,really appreciated their kindness and help....

Julian was very helpful in switching me over from my Google Pixel 3 to a new iPhone 13 Pro. He was very knowledgeable about the process and even helped apply a new screen protector to my phone. This was a smooth and seamless process and made switching from android to iOS super easy.

I got a Black Friday smartphone upgrade deal. Kyle, the customer care representative was very knowledgeable, and made the process easy. He knew how to get me passed my obstacles to activating the new phone. Yeah, my obstacles 🙂 I didn't know several required passwords or PIN. He knew the alternate ways. I am very happy with all my interactions with Verizon.
I recommend this Verizon wireless location!

Julian was very professional very helpful and was so nice to clear my phone for a trade-in. Still working on that thru IT.He helped me decide on what phone I needed for what I use it for. OVER ALL GREAT GREAT EXPERIENCE !!!! ON A SCALE OF 1/10 A BIG 10 HANDS DOWN!!!

This store has excellent service and its employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. There was a young man there a few months ago who was so patient and helped explained how to use my phone more efficiently. I hope he stays there because I prefer going to him for help (using social distancing of course) using my smartphone rather than trying to call Samsung or Verizon for help.

The young man that helped us last night was very professional and super nice. Even when he ran across a problem with upgrading my daughters phone he patiently figured out what it was and took care of the issue. I will continue to go back to this store for any future needs.

I recently got the new iPhone and had some difficulties getting my date switched to the new phone. Nick from Verizon was so helpful and made sure I got everything switched. He was helpful and professional. If I have any more issues I will be sure to ask for him.

Dealt with Jakob. He took the time to show us comparisons between phones we were conflicted between. He was very patient in the porting over process with our previous Carrier. 10/10 would recommend.

Kyle was a great help. We needed to add a line to an account and he made the transition as painless as possible while making sure we were getting the best deals offered at the time.

After reading previous reviews, I drove some distance, bypassing many Verizon stores, to get to the Round Rock Verizon location on Palm Valley. Those guys were truly wonderful. The young man who helped me was John, who was amazingly courteous, professional, very knowledgeable with a great personality. John, thank you much!

Today I went to this store hoping to find someone that could help me with my Android phone. I'm 79 and what I call Day Care Literate with the techy world. Recently I was deleting some photos in my Gallery, hit the wrong thing and I deleted the whole album of 300 + pictures. Panicking I read everything I could find and nothing made sense. After telling Darrius S, the Verizon Store Manager my story, he found the album of pictures, explained what he did in words that I understood and helped me with other questions I had about my phone. I was an HR Trainer in very large companies and taught Customer Service. This young man went way beyond the norm in what he did for me today. This review needs to go in his personnel file, be included in his next Performance Appraisal and know that he would be an awesome Trainer. The guys at the Verizon store on Palm Valley in Round Rock Texas are terrific. They have helped me numorus time's setting up my cellphone and updating everything I need. I highly recommend them for anything you need. Although I went back to the same location and there's a Guy named Kyle there ( he's a manager traveling for Verizon whom is very rude and not at all helpful. He was very unprofessional and shouldn't be there. I actually left in tears. Hopefully he'll be gone soon

Last week I had a fantastic experience at this store where Elizabeth and her colleagues diligently worked together to transition my mobile phone acount to Verizon from Spectrum's mobile service. Elizabeth's calm, friendly and professional approach helped to make the hour long experience stressfree, despite having spent countless hours working on it prior. Dont waste your time at any other Verizon store...these folks are bright and very customet oriented.

Darius was fantastic to work with. There was a delay on receiving the new Apple 12 Pro from Apple. Darius was great about reaching out to us with updates. I’ve been an AT&T customer for 12 years and Darius was knowledgeable about the network and coverage. I’ll refer friends to him.
