Super friendly and knowledgeable. Have made a couple orders for lumber and concrete for delivery and the delivery person was super friendly as well.

Pearson's cares about helping you with your project and they are real people who chat about life. Their stock is a bit limited. It takes them a little while to fill out their receipts. All in all, they exist to save you the trip to Norman-Ada-Shawnee and it is generally worth stopping there for the little stuff. Oh, don't listen to their advice on painting. The guy my wife spoke to was clueless and shouldn't have been giving painting advice.

Mark gave our family a great deal on our lumber package when we built our home in 2019. He was always friendly, flexible with delivery and understanding when we needed to exchange a few items.
