Goodwill Retail Store

Today was an awesome day at our good will. Shelves were full. People are always helpful

My favorite place to go to unwind and de-stress. My favorite part is finding my treasure from isles filled to the brim with stuff. I noticed the last time I was there (last week) the shelves were sparse on my two favorite isles. I hope that isn't the case all the time. It looked like things were arranged that way. I love the metal isle and the wooden isle with signs and shelves and everything in between. Please don't change the way it's always been. Hunting for treasure is all part of the fun.

Recognition and Appreciation is deserved and well earned. Shout out goes to one of my favorite associates, David Goodman here at the Cookeville store. Closing time, at the register, missing money... my first interaction with David, earned him respect. I went to him because I had lost some money. He went one way I went the other, he found and returned it to me. He could have easily pocketed it, but he chose to be honest. It's sad to think how many people doesn't get or deserve a shout out, for being honest and trustworthy...

This is one of the nicest Goodwills I've been too. 5 star bathroom rating as well. I've been twice now while traveling. Both times the bathroom was top notch. The staff always pleasant.

We went shopping on a Saturday morning. Both the parking lot and store were incredibly busy. The retail associate was friendly, the manager was helpful & polite. Our merch needed prior approval & we required 2 transactions with 2 cards. We were pleased with our experience!!

Best Goodwill I have ever been to and I have been to many all over the country! Great selection of items! Some get a bit pricey since they are "used" donated items, but I pass on those and go for the deals unless it makes sense.

This is the best goodwill I've ever been in! Like all goodwills you have to sift through to find your treasures but they have a huge selection and everything is somewhat organized by size which is a huge time saver. We were just passing through the area and so glad to have stopped in!

Great staff!!!!! I love shopping here and i try to say hi to all of the staff I come in contact with after all they clean the bathrooms we us the floors we walk on they put up the items we look at and ring up our items (so be kind) if not for them we wouldn’t get to shop so thank you staff members keep up the good work

Friendly employees always there to help you with loading your purchases. Cheap prices and always a great selection of used goods. Restrooms for your shopping convince as well as fitting rooms as well. Always has a deal of the day

Always a pleasant experience when I go in here just to see what's new. The staff is always friendly and very courteous.

I must say that this store was extremely large and more organized than any Goodwill that I have encountered. The bathrooms were clean & tidy. All area's were well indicated with signs, the clothes were even color coordinated. If you are a thruster, this place is a must. & the cashier, Hayden, was super nice.

This is definitely one of the best goodwill stores in the area. Sometimes it can get very busy and they don’t have enough help, but I don’t blame that on the store so much as just the demand. Sometimes the prices can be high for some things too but I’ve also found some ridiculously good deals here.

Goodwill is a great place to leave stuff you no longer need or want. If you don't have time to do a yardsale, donate to Goodwill. They are always helpful with dropping off your stuff and will provide a receipt for taxes.

Clean well organized store. The best goodwill store I have ever shopped at. This store should be used as example of how to do things right for the entire country. Great music, every shopper seemed to enjoy being there.I loved this place so much that I went back two days in a row.

I love this Goodwill, plenty of different items to pick from , The employees are the best I've seen working in a Goodwill. They are a little high on some prices . This store is the busiest one I've ever been in , I've been in a lot of them . Go visit the store and sweet pickens

Our favorite thrift shop when traveling this area. The prices seemed high today for used items, the clothes especially. We do appreciate how well organized the store always is and how the clothing is sorted by size.

Great selections of clothing, housewares, and furniture. The store is very organized and bathrooms were clean. Staff was very friendly and informative about discounts and rewards program.

Great place for the. Most random but great stuff here i bought a plant light check it up on Google it was 10 times more its value so i kept for myself instead of selling it because i love home gardening

Wife and I been shopping here for a few years now and love it. Prices are reasonable and merchandise is good quality. As with any thrift store its hit or miss as to what you will find but we leave with something every time. By far our favorite thrift store in Cookeville/Crossville area.
