it's been nothing but a headache trying to get a certain food for my small dog that has a lot of allergy issues.. tractor supply is the only place that carries the brand I buy..and it sells super fast.
This morning I go in and manager Andy advised me to order it from another location to be delivered to my house so I do that and pay for two cases ..4:30 comes around and it's not delivered so I start calling the stores and employees at other locations don't see anything in their system about my order. So I call the Eden location back and speak to Andy , he said he'd make some calls and get back with me.
He actually delivered my dog food to me ☺ I couldn't believe it !!

Zeke is awsome as well about helping and making sure that you get what you need from other locations if they are out of a certain product...hes delivered as well...☺

If you have never been in this store, you must visit at least once. Shocking the inventory they have for every individual. This store amazes me and the one in Oak Ridge is even more amazing (inventory wise). Staff always offers to assist (which I always need). Dog have issues, their is a cure here. Cat have issues, you will find what you need here. Clothes, farm equipment, pet equipment, outside decor etc is all within one trip. Know very few animal owners that do not frequent this store often. BTW...Kudos to the staff for all the assistance even offering to load car for me.

They sell items for animals horses, dogs,and cats. They sell shampoos and treats. They also sell men's & women's and children clothes, jackets, sweatshirts, nick nacks, lawnmowers, flowers, and many more things.

Excellent service from manager and staff. We had a negative experience trying to buy a trailer at the Reidsville store. Employees and manager in Reidsville were rude and did not care. The total opposite in Eden, manager was prompt and friendly, staff hooked up the trailer and title was ready 24 hours later. We could not have asked for a better experience, it was worth driving to Eden to get service!

I usually don't take the time to walk around and see all that a store has to offer....until today. I have decided that I will probably never need to drive all the way to Lowe's again. Tractor Supply has about everything that I need in one stop. Best hardware store in Eden.

If you want a break from your husband just take him to this store. Just kidding but I love this store for pet supplies, much better on price for food and grooming items then pet you know who.

I love to just walk around inside this place! They have the coolest things!! The staff is very friendly and willing to help when/if you need it!!

Great customer support from Zeke. I asked a lot of questions and he was on point, Quick with answers and detailed. With step by step and to the point. I was impressed.

Awesome family friendly place. Great for farmers. Everything from horse feed, dog and cat food, chicken feed. Traps for vermin even pieces to create a fence or repair it. Tool boxes, tires for some lawn mowers, oil, welding supplies, bolts, screws, nuts, washers. Even... Bird seed.

The man caring for the new baby chicks and ducks was awesome. I learned so much talking to him. Everyone was very friendly and helpful

I like this Tractor Supply they have propane plus feed for your basic pets and livestock as well as a really good selection of nuts and bolts or basic hardware and tools.

The staff is great and the store is well kept. They have a large selection of items and it is pretty well stocked.

Delivered to this store. Easy access and plenty of packing in the back of you need to overnight. Quick unload, 1 hour.

Great place to shop. Fantastic employees. Always ready to help when needed.
