I have been here about 5 times and have always had pleasant experiences. As a consumer I realize product research is my responsibility, and not a sales clerk. Do not go in a supplement store expecting a nutritionist, or even an employee that has had an organic chemistry class. This store has the items I have needed and they match Thier online prices. The employees have been friendly and helpful. This store is far superior to GNC in my opinion.
