I travel from Wilmington to Leland to this store,it's always clean and well stocked. The meat selection is excellent and the customer service is out of this world. I recommend the commute it's worth it,Well done Piggy Wiggly 5 Stars!!!!!!!

Dinner I purchased today. Their staff was professional, and the food was excellent and reasonably priced.

They have a really good meat section. Nothing like picking up a nice large sausage from your local Piggly Wiggly, coming home, cooking it, and shoving that nice juicy sausage into your mouth. Now that’s what I call a great start to a weekend.

Did you know the Pig does delivery?? They do it better than the rest! There are rarely any substitutions required, and when they are, amazingly it doesn't get more expensive like other delivery services seemingly just can't help but do!
Or go to the store, where you will find the absolute best customer service around. No one herding you into an automated line while they then stand there and scrutinize your behavior!!
Just pleasant, smiling faces that actually acknowledge your presence. Keep it up my Wiggly friends, you're awesome!

My name is Kenneth Palmer and reside in San Bernardino, C.A. I went to this store on an errand for my friends that live in Winnabow,NC and discovered they have an actual sit-down restaurant in there. Though it's not a buffet, it is cafeteria-style and you pay by the items that you choose. It is absolutely fabulous! That is the very first time that I have seen a restaurant inside a grocery store. To my knowledge, we don't have such grocery stores with this feature. Anyway, they serve meals literally all day long(breakfast, lunch, dinner). I ate breakfast there twice while there on a summer vacation this past August. It was sensational and enjoyable! Believe me, I will be going there again when I am in that area. Major kudos to this establishment!

Special Thanks to Jonathan Parker and Chris Werner for catering a delicious meal for us at our Church Homecoming at New Hope Freewill Baptist Church. Job Well Done Guys!!!. You both were very professional and and your customer service was out of this world. Jonathan and Chris took their time and made sure everyone was well taken care of . In the tradition of old school grocery stores, Piggy Wiggly maintains superb products, produce and customer service. The store is neat, clean and is a pleasure to shop. Piggy Wiggly is an absolute blessing and benefit to a community that mega grocery store chains refuse to serve.

The best price for ice is anywhere, and the will always be sure to have your local support for fundraising events.

Was looking for a cooker and pig. No cooker but the person in the meat department was very helpful. I did not want a large pig and he suggested a half pig which was perfect. Pick it up on the morning of the 3rd. Hope it is prepared as it should be.

I buy my meats from here. They have good deals on meats.

A wonderful nice neighborhood store.🤗 The employees are super friendly and kind. The best things here is the wonderful meats and produce. The first store opened in 1916 and locals know to get their meats here. I love shopping here and giving them my business. The hot bar in the back has wonderful breakfast and lunches. Also a local lady brings in fresh bakery goods with excellent homemade cakes. Highly recommended!👏🏻🥰

The store was clean...and the cooked food was amazing 😻🤩...I wish there was a Piggly wiggly where I lived...I love this place.

Piggly Wiggly in Leland has great smoked meats and does a great job on catering for us. Thank you to Adam and the entire staff for all of your assistance, always with a smile!

I like the hot food bar they have here and their fresh products.

They got a hot food bar in the back. You'll smell it the minute you walk in. Fried chicken, pork chops, liver and gizzards and daily specials. Sides like collards, black eye pees, stewed cabbage, Mac and cheese, corn, rice and mashed potatoes and gravy. I would give this place 5 stars for just the hot bar. O yeah there a grocery store too... I mean if you even think about that while your eating a plate of chicken wings and gravy over rice.

Smaller store but staff very friendly and very clean store. We were there near closing, but no one got testy with us or rushed us. We were only there for snacks.
