On Christmas Eve had GREAT assistance by Julie or Julia...lite brown with glasses..i had two right shoes by mistake and was walking with a cane because of knee issue...she pleasantly walked back and got the correct shoe for me...she was absolutely awesome! I had to acknowledge her helpfulness and great customer service and spirit! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

I cannot say enough great things about the store employees here! They're always friendly, patient and knowledgeable about the inventory. I was assisted by both Andrew and Louri today. Just a really great crew working here.

Who doesn't love the DSW reduced rack?? Overall, selection is phenomenal, hands down, the best, most consistent shopping experience for shoes.

I had an awesome experience with DSW, I ordered 5 pairs of shoes to be shipped to store so I could try on, it is hard to find my size. When my order was in I called the store to make sure I could try on there and return what I didn’t need, Stephanie was on the phone so friendly and helpful. I went yesterday to try on the shoes Stephanie was there again and overheard me asking the sales girl where I could try them on. She stepped in and said oh I spoke to you on the phone, such a happy and bubbly personality. She made me feel great and helped me often. Out of the shoes I ordered only one would possibly work. She checked on me and also brought me other shoes to try on. The shoes she brought me to try on were so comfortable. They would work great for my sons wedding.
As I was waiting in line I had notice a BOGO sale so I tried on a pair and the color happened to be an exact match of what I needed so I got another pair free. I was so excited I laughed and yelled out to Stephanie how funny it was that I found another pair and an exact match to color of gown. So I left with four pairs of shoes. Stephanie made a not so great day turn out so nice. I will definitely be back to the Willow Grove DSW. (I know the story was long but it really meant a lot, and she really cared about making me happy and comfortable)

I love this store, I go for my shoe addiction. I have noticed employees are very knowledgeable, hard working, and kind when asked for help. I recommend going here for great customer service and of course great shoes.

Rachel is AMAZING! Great selection of shoes. I am lucky to have small feet, and can wear youth sizes in some shoes, especially running shoes.

Learned to convert ladies sizes to youth from Rachel.

If you are not aware of how to do it, for example, if you wear a ladies size 7.5, you would wear a youth size 6. (7.5 - 1.5).

Always enjoy shopping here. There is an abundance of shoes,boots,sandals dress shoes and athletic sneakers to choose . Also, it's very easy to shop online from home or in the store, if your size isnt available. Easy return policy as well!

Great place to shop for sneakers and shoes. DSW offers fair prices and has a huge variety of sneakers and shoes on hand. We’ve been using DSW for years and frankly their almost always the first place we go to when looking for a new pair of shoes for our family’s feet

Nice store with wide selection of different types of shoes, friendly personnel. Clean, nicely located, I personally can't always find my size there, but all is very helpful by ordering online.

Great shoe store with lots of selection and discount prices. I got nice casual shoes from Sketchers this time and before I often bought Rockports. You can also get quality shoes at the discount racks

They have a great selection, just not what I was looking for for my event. Still reccomend!

Good store. But online site to store order pickup isn't a smooth experience. Don't do that. Took 2 weeks for order to get ready. Came so far to pickup. Bad idea
