I really like this store! They are nice people and know how to work with the public! I had been getting my vape products at a store off of Main Street in Norman. Their employee were rude, and would not help you if there had been a problem with their products. No refund or replacement on bad products sold by them. I rate that store with 0 stars.

Very helpful, friendly, and a great place to go. If your in Norman go check them out, I will definitely be back. They have happy hour Monday through Friday 2-4 & 7-8, buy any size juice and get a second one half price, your first time in you get a 20 mil for a dollar, and they even have a drive thru. Also you can bring your juice back if you don't like it and swap it for a different one.

A very nice urban like store with clean lines and well lit displays. Many vapes and knowledgeable staff.

I stopped in here from out of town and was highly impressed with their knowledge and customer service. This was the nicest vape shop I have been to and you can tell they care about their product. The last vape shop I went to told me I couldn’t use a certain vape juice with my vape but was incorrect. These ladies educated me and didn’t make me feel incompetent as I’m new to vaping. I will definitely make the drive to come back here. Thank you so much!

Absolutely wonderful place! Every time I walk In I’m greeted with a smile! Stephanie and Alex are by far some of the most amazing people I’ve ever had the privilege of knowing. I typically spend anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes every time I’m there just talking with employees, because they truly want to know their customers. If you’re in the Norman area, this is the place to be!

They have such excellent customer service, every time I come in the make me feel like I am the most important customer!!!
UPDATE TO THIS REVIEW !!! i am beyond happy today I had a problem with my snowolf mini it was leaking out of the bottom. I took it to them to see if they could fix it. Not only did they let me borrow a mod while they looked at mine, they got the manufacturer to replace it for me... I recommend this shop 1000 %. Being in retail myself I am beyond amazed by the level of commitment to the customer they show!!!!!!! You wont be disappointed here!!!!!! Thank You all so much

Super clean, great service, I was working in Norman Ok. I live in Lawrence ks. I ran out of juice, found this shop needing supplies, they had my coils and mixed me up some great tasting juices, I ended up going back a few times before I went home, out standing shop, wish we had them in my home town. I might even see about ordering juice and see if they will ship to me. Wonderful staff, thanks for keeping me stocked up on my trip.

Very clean and professional atmosphere. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and willing to please in making your experience a pleasant one. I definitely recommend coming here for all your vape needs! They have top notch juices and equipment and are willing to show you how to use them. Plus listen to what your wanting and helping you fulfill that need. I will be going back for sure.

Very nice, professional staff. Plenty of products to choose from. They have their own lab so you can customize your vape juices however you want. They are always friendly and will go above and beyond to make your experience pleasant. The store is clean and pleasant to be in. I recommend them to anyone!

Very helpful employees and a good selection of juices and vapes. I'm new to the vaping world, trying to quit smoking, and the employees have helped me immensely in this new journey.

This is the place to go if you’re wanting to save a lot of money on hardware and juice. They have a very nice setup. It looks almost like an Apple store. They have specials on juice every Sunday and the quality is top notch. The staff is accommodating and will do their best to please the customers.

Very clean shop! Went in today for the first time to get a Smok vape stick. They had them in stock with and bunch of colors to choose from. By the looks of it everything seem well stocked up. Mods and tanks.

They also have a house juice which both the flavors i got are phenomenal. Price is fantastic too. Staff was helpful. There was no downside going in and i strongly recommend going in and trying their house juice.

Outstanding customer service and informative staff, high energy and eager to educate as well as serve the individual needs of each and every customer! Alex loves the products that she sells and that makes all the difference, as a sales person who cares about the products AND the customer's level of experience, she makes a match that will be successful and will thrive into future profits and loyal customers!

Remarkable vape shop. I pass 3 others on my way there. They operate like a business, not like a stoner's place to hang out. The place is as clean as a Dr. office and nary a foosball or pool table in site (which most of the others in town have). I subscribe to text messages, which I normally don't do, but they rarely text and then only to save me money. No spam texts. They custom mix my preferred nic level and flavor. Love this place.
