Awesome shop! They let you smell and try all the sauces and rubs before you buy them. They have some great deals too. They all ship anywhere in the states for $5 shipping.

Tons of samples and really good sauces/rubs. Will recommend and say the guy helping out is awesome. Fun time with lots of laughs. We are now part of the family that will be getting sauces shipped to us at home.

We drove all the way from Milwaukee just to go here and we had an awesome time . Thank you Cole for being a great customer service help your customer service skills are outstanding. If you’re going to visit the dells, you gotta visit this place. It’s awesome. We had lots of free samples to find a sauce that I really liked. I tried their 6 million Scoville sauce they had, which I recommend everyone else try too, even if only for the experience of it. The store overall was very clean and well kept. Shelby was super amazing, it’s thanks to her we had such a great time and found a great sauce. We plan to come back to the dells again sometime in late summer with some more friends and we are for sure stopping by here again and I’m really looking forward to it.

Unique store with a huge selection of sauces and rubs, not all hot, but if you like hot they have some that are like liquid fire, they also offer free samples to make sure you like the item first before purchasing. They also have an enclosed kids play area with free candy which is genius since this is the only store on the strip my daughter is good in and we can actually browse around and make a purchase without being stressed out over being begged for overpriced junk for kids. A+

I loved Debbie and her kind spirit. She was the sweetest to me and my partner. She is such a hard worker and it shows through her customer service and love for helping others even if it is picking different spices. Would love to come back and visit her soon!

Visited this location at the Dells Outlet; Debbie is simply wonderful. This store is so much more than just "hot sauce". If you love horseradish, the Nasal Napalm is a must. We took home wing sauces, rubs, and BBQ sauces; we love that the products are all natural as well. We can't wait to use everything we bought.

Such a wonderful and vast selection of sauces, spices, pickles, jams, and many other things! The staff is nice and the building is clean

If you visit this store when Debbie is on the clock, you are in for a treat. She is so knowledgeable about different rubs/seasonings/sauces that we spent so much time asking questions to get her insight. She is very down to earth and was so sweet and patient with us. I cannot tell you how many things we sampled, but we did walk out with quite few things thanks to her help. She also had my husband try a few spicy options and give good opinions for him (I am not a spicy person).

You can never go wrong with adding this stop when visiting the Dells if you are a person who loves to spice things up in your kitchen. A must go for every time we visit, especially if Debbie is there!

The guy running the store was extremely friendly and helpful. My partner tried the hottest sauce they had and he knew all the tips to bring the heat down. We left with a handful of sauces and smiles on our faces! We’re not from the area, but when we come back we’re definitely stopping over again :)

They let you try literally everything they sell aside from the energy drink! Chris was super helpful. I tried the scorpion sauce and really loved the flavor with the high spice level. The rewards program makes this store even better. If you're a lover of all things spicy like my family is it's a must see. We always come back for more hot sauce and we likely always will. The wonderful costumer service makes it even better.

Always love going here. The Hot sauce and barbecue sauce varieties are extensive and delicious.

Joseph was SO much help finding just the birthday gift. We loved that you could try ALL the different sauces, spices and rubs.

Couldn't remember the name of the guy that helped me out but he helped me out a few times in the past and has excellent customer service skills which is hard to find these days. He likes to have a real conversation without trying to just sell everything and gives honest opinions. He helped with the rewards program and samples and was overall great. This guy whether he is a owner or employee knows business and has a great attitude.

Stopped in while we were in the dells and this is the go to place for sauce salsa and stuffed garlic olives. Staff was very friendly and courteous. If they don't have what you need in stock try ordering online. You won't be disappointed. Thanks again for your help with everything.

Huge selection of hot sauces, wing sauces, bbqs, seasonings and more! Free samples of pretty much everything and if it's not out for sampling, the staff member told me that he'd be more than willing to bring some out. Very conversational and helpful staff working here. It was truly a great experience

We spent nearly 2 hours chatting and tasting with Scott, the manager. He was incredibly knowledgeable and fun. My husband is a huge pepper head and has his go-tos every time we go into a Pepper Palace, but he tried and ended up buying some new things. Even got me in and I have a very low tolerance for hot. Highly recommend the jelly's and the service. 🥵🌶He also recommended a great dinner spot and hiking trail. So far the dinner did not disappoint! Really appreciate the experience.

Friendly staff, very unique sauces at reasonable prices. Loved that there were many sauces set up for tasting. Clean and bright and upbeat. We found a Blackberry bbq sauce that made our heads spin! Heading back at the end of our trip to stock up on their wonderful selection.

There is a large selection of sauces and the employees are nice. I just wish my boyfriend wouldn't drag me in there with him. I'm not a hot sauce coneseiur like him. I could care less about hot sauce. I was just bored and hungry and tired. I didn't want to go. But I did.

Helpful staff, and possibly the broadest selection of spices, rubs, and sauces I've ever seen. They have sauce making kits too. What we bought was 1mil. Scoville sauce additive; you put one drop in per gallon of soup or sauce. They have much stronger stuff, well past Carolina Reaper. Interesting place! We're going to have to come back next year.
