Jason and Kaylon were very patient and knowledgeable in helping me roll my parents onto my family plan. I appreciate it.

Cherish was very knowledgeable about the upgrades and was very helpful with helping me continue my service with this company. She informed me about the offers for customers like me and new customers as well. The staff was very considerate and although they did try to get me an iPhone (which I don't like lol) I was able to get an upgrade without spending all of my money In the process. Thank you guys I appreciate the help and I wasn't coached to say anything.

Ms Karen C is wonderful. A true professional. The other customers and myself enjoyed her customer service. I hope one day she becomes the manager at the AT&T store in donaldsonville La.

Cherrish and Michael are very helpful and know what they are doing! I was very annoyed with AT&T and after going to another store and talking to customer service these two was finally able to help me get some answers and we’re very understanding of my frustration. Thanks so much guys.

GOOD CUSTOMER RELATIONS

The young lady working there was not very pleasant and had a dry tone and demeanor, like she didn't want to be bothered. She's the driest person that I have ever dealt with by phone or in person during my many years as an AT&T customer. She did get my new phone ordered though.
