CVS

This CVS is located on Roanoke Rd across from Sawmill Plaza. It is clean, well stocked, and the staff are friendly and helpful for the most part. They also have plenty of parking and clean restrooms. I highly recommend.

Shout out to Kelsy for going above and beyond to help me yesterday. She is true definition of what true customer service is all about. That you for all you did to help me get my prescription! You rock!

I recently had to change my perscriptions from Walmart cause they never have my meds and I decided to move them to this CVS and I read all the awful reviews and I was worried about changing. Well I just wanted to say that Brittany transferred them and took excellent care of my situation. My meds were there and ready when she promised. .. So I have had a excellent experience with CVS . So sometimes you can't believe everything you read... Thank you Brittany for your wonderful service . And I will enjoying my future with you guys .🌝. This is the CVS beside Piggy Wiggly on Roanoke Rd..... Again (Brittany) you are appreciated.!!!!

Paula goes above and beyond for her customers. She makes each experience a good one. She treats you like family! Savannah and Katelyn are the sweetest pharmacy techs! They always remember our family and ask how things are going. I will not go anywhere else.

I can't say anything but Great about CVS on Roanoke Road!! MY Pharmacist, Ms. Paula and her Team are the most courteous, caring, outstanding Professionals I have EVER met!! If, there's ever an issue with getting the medication or price change or anything out of the ordinary, she or one of her team members will let me know. I LOVE MY CVS PEOPLE!!!

The pharmacist courtesy filled my prescription on a holiday. It was supposed to be automatic refill but I couldn’t get in contact with my nurse and almost had to go three days without medicine I need to live. Cannot thank them enough for their kindness and help! Will always be using this pharmacy

Drive thru can be particularly busy but if you’re in a rush, just go inside. Out of the 5 years I’ve been using this particular location I’ve never had trouble while just going inside. Everyone is nice, helpful, professional. Best cvs in LaGrange. Which would explain the /business/ others complain about. Just my experience ;)

Pharmacist I had (Diann) was Wonder Woman :) she found the prescription that was specialty order and we feared it had been sent back but tada she saved it and it was so quick too never had a problem with this CVS I have always had prompt and professional service :)

The lady by the name of Paula there is really sweet. I generally use the drive thru when my dogs are in the car and she gets super excited to see them every time. Excellent service when she's there.
