Kara reached out to me right away to make arrangements, ensure a customized selection, and secure Jack’s contact information. She then made arrangements with Jack directly to make sure he received the delivery in person and even took his photo and texted it to me! Jack was completely thrilled and called us immediately to thank us! Kara even included some of his fraternity merch. Fabulous customer service paired with a fabulous product- highly recommend!

Kara was unbelievably accommodating. I placed an order last minute for an Easter basket delivery and not only did Kara fulfill the order with only 24 hr notice, she also went to Wegmans for a custom add-on bakery item.
