Thank you, Alex! He helped me bring my boxes from my car and patiently worked through all my boxes and sticking tons of Fragile stickers on them without me asking. One of the best customer service experiences I have had!

The customer service at this location was A+++. The store smelled amazing. Prince, Keke, and Haven were so welcoming. The energy in the store felt so good. I will be sure to come to this location for all my shipping and notary needs. Great job team!

I love this UPS store! They are always so helpful and friendly. The young lady Haven is always amazing with me and it really shows how great UPS is at customer service. I even see her cleaning up the store every morning before I walk in. I usually don’t leave reviews but Haven and UPS as a whole has made my life a little bit easier :)

Haven made my day! Beyond her welcoming and friendly demeanor, she helped me self serve at the store's new kiosk with so much patience and care. She answered all my questions with confidence, and put me at ease about the handling of my package. This store isn't on my normal route, but I will go out of my way to come here because of the great service I received.

I visited this store a few days ago. The service was amazing. The staff were friendly and quick. Met the owner as well, he’s so polite. Will always go there.

I just moved to the area a month ago and have been to this location twice. Both of my visits I have been greeted with a super positive attitude and a beautiful smile from Talia. This is the best UPS store. Lindsey is always super helpful especially with using the kiosks for Amazon returns. I had some issues with the packaging of some of my returns today and Lindsey and Lyric helped me figure out a solution that worked for mailing my items. Super grateful!

When I arrived at 8:35am I was welcomed by a friendly smile and a greeting from Ms. Haven. To my surprise she was very professional and courteous. Some young people today are not.

She helped me with my outgoing UPS Package. Also her coworker Alex assisted to make my transaction quick.

Alex and Lyric were great help and very informed. My favorite place to ship and convenient too.

First of all the smell and ambiance when walking into this location is AMAZING! So welcoming and warm coming here. Nothing like any other UPS store I’ve been in. They’re always so communicative and friendly. Lyric & Prince are ALWAYS awesome and helpful and extremely nice to my kids. Thank you all! Wouldn’t go to another store!

Haven and Keke are absolutely fantastic! It is hard to find great service like these ladies provide these days~ I never write reviews, but they deserve to be acknowledged.

I came in with over 30 creme brulee dishes, 3 skillets, a heavy metal burner cover and a dozen ice cream dishes I needed to send to Texas from Atlanta~ Haven and Keke were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They made sure I got the best deal on the box size for the amount of items I had to send as well as packaged everything up for me to make sure it all arrived safely. This will be my go to UPS store from here on out!
