Pick 'n Save

The remodel and transition from Copp's to Pick n Save has been great! The updates in the store have been something this older Copp's has desperately needed. Prices are starting to come down on many items. Glad they are adding more prepared and to go items. Excited to see more Kroger items to come. Only negative is the parking lot is VERY dark. I really wish they would get brighter lights.

5star for Mary in floral department this morning. My mom's been in icu for 10days, so these might be in the waiting room but these will brighten her day and bring healing. Sorry if I am mistaken on her name.

My go-to grocery store if I need to pick up a quick item or few. They have good meats, and great sales if you are a perks member. I’ve also noticed they consistently have good ripe avocados which can sometimes be hard to find. It’s not the biggest or best produce selection but it’s okay. Kroger brand sparkling water is also very decent.

I recommend using self checkout for optimal convenience. I use their pharmacy as well and have had nothing but good experiences. This location might not be as nice and updated as other PicknSaves, but it is reliable and a neighborhood staple.

This is a good store... Recently I had trouble checking out... They don't accept Google Pay or Apple Pay, only Samsung Pay which may or may not work. If you're paying using your phone to pay, go elsewhere. The staff went out of their way to help me, but to no avail.

This store is great never had any real trouble. However my issue is with the customers. People are so entitled they don't stop and think about the workers and realize that they are human and they are working during covid for us. They are risking their lives and health and people are yelling at them because they have to wait in line for 10 minutes. Yes there maybe only one or two checkout lanes but that is because they are short staffed (due to covid and the stress we give them people are getting sick and they are quiting) if you don't like the lines there are self checkouts. Next time the person in front of me gets out of line to yell at them to open a lane I will not let them back in front of me. Also if you don't wanna wear your masks or you just wanna be toxic go to woodmens you'll fit right in . Please understand what the workers are going through. We are all in this together ❤ let's respect one another.

I have no idea what this nice gentleman's name was that was working last night, but sir I applaud your customer service! He helped me try to pay even when it was for nothing in the end, he was resilient in the best way possible and I highly appreciated it!(for the manager I hope is reading this he has a buzz cut and tattoos on his left arm and working around 9pm

I love Pick 'n Save and am so grateful for how well they've managed to get things to run with the coronavirus still upon is. For a brief while there was an occasional long wait to pick up groceries, but Pick 'n Save has gotten that straightened. Kudos to Pick 'n Save for getting things going in the right direction with respect to pickups and home deliveries, to lessen the potential for spread.

My go to store, along with Woodmans. Prices are lower than most others, and stuff on sale is sometimes like they are giving it away. Great deals on Saturdays with e-clips coupons. Cheapest everyday price on milk for sure! Cheap prices on quality meat when on sale, and love the day-old bread rack! 2 piece chicken with 2 sides for 4 bucks is a cheap lunch that I usually cannot finish. 2 piece cod with 2 sides for 6 bucks is the best deal for a Friday fish fry in town! I buy a lot of my groceries on sale here because they are cheaper on sale than Woodmans' everyday price, then go to Woodmans for the rest!

Great selections & wonderful salad bar. They have a brochure to help customers locate hard-to-find items. Signs really help... Lovely flower & plant section too!

A huge thank you to Makalia (cashier), Shirley (manager) and Joey (customer service desk). I had accidently left my wallet at the check-out counter. There was a call waiting for me when I got home saying that they had found it and I could come pick it up. Many, many thanks-- and give them all a hefty raise!

Every week they have some great deal on meat usually beef sometimes chicken or pork can't turn it down

Not the cheapest option but it's clean and well organized. One of the better grocery stores on the east side of Madison.

Friendly employees who are always tidying shelves, sweeping floors and available to help customers. Thumbs up!
