I love their shoes ! But I bought a lot of pairs of shoes from them at 1 time and one of my shoes I never received .. been trying to get in contact with them for about a month now and still have not heard back from them Nor have I gotten a refund for that shoe.. I call their phone no one picks up .. I love y’all shoes but this is disappointing.

You go to their website and see your size and shoe then you order it, then two days later all of a sudden their out of stock. Which is so inconvenient. It Should already say " out of stock" before you waste your time putting your information in to order. After I get my 4 pair refunded I will NOT order again!
