CVS Pharmacy

10/17/19 ~ A well deserved 5 star rating! I was greeted with a smile, and small conversation with the wonderful Pharmacy Tech. She said it would only be 15 minutes or less and I didn't mind because I love shopping and I saw lot's of Christmas stuff already on the shelves! I was able to buy a couple Stocking stuffers as well as some candy. I was still looking at thing's when the loud speaker announced my prescription was ready, awesome! Even though there were a few people waiting to drop off and pick up thier prescriptions, the other Tech rang me up, she also was pleasant and very friendly AND had a smile, it's so important, the male, tall Store Manager could take a page out of thier book!

I stopped in 3/23/2024 before 10am. The pharmacist was very kind and filled my script in a timely manner despite being back logged several days. I really appreciated this service. It was second to none and got me feeling better much sooner.

Wow what a wonderful surprise. I had been trying unsuccessfully at multiple locations for a few days to find an over the counter product that was on sale and I wanted to try. I saw that this location had it in stock according to the CVS app. Well once again I couldn't find it on the shelf. I was checking the end caps in case it might be there. An employee, Beth, was stocking shelves nearby and must have seen my frustrated face lol. She asked if she could help. She found the blank spot where it would have been, scanned, went up front and went through computer looking at nearby store inventory, found at a store 5 miles away, called them and had them hold last two for me. In a world where most retail employees look the other way, Beth marched in and solved my problem! Thanks so much for caring and helping me. You are a gem and CVS is lucky to have you.

The service at this pharmacy is great, especially the pharmacist name Fady he is very polite pountial . Over all he is a great person , I hope he get to stay at this store , one very important quality about him your wait time is very short when you go to his store I recommend him for employee of the month

I cannot remember the name of the lady that let me get some emergency meds for my daughters right when she was closing but she was really nice and helpful. Always well stocked up and very friendly staff

This pharmacy requires a lot of patience. They are always understaffed the lines are always long set alarm for 25 minutes and then the clerk went to take a call for about 10 minutes while I waited. There were several people in line behind me. It doesn't make sense to take the phone when you have six or seven people in front of you

Ive gotten several notifications that my medication is ready for pickup and then I drive over there and yet the pharmacy is closed ??? And then it gives no alternative pickup method besides find another store ? Just inconsiderate.

I went to pick up my husband's meds and had to wait it line for 40 minutes just for them to tell me to come back in 2 hours, at 7pm and it will be done. I went back at 7:15 to wait in line yet again for 30 minutes just to be told they were still not done preparing the meds. I sat and waited for 15 minutes and it was finally done. But, they didn't have 1 of the meds in stock. I went home and checked out the meds. Because while waiting, a customer had brought back his meds because they didn't give him the correct count. So I start counting the pills and they gave my husband 5 extra pain pills.
I will never go back to this pharmacy again.

You have to wait 7 hrs on a prescription it takes 10 minutes to fill, but all your others are ready. Most of the staff are just plain rude. I was under the mistaken impression they had a job because we(the public ) came in and got our prescriptions filled. And yes I would change if my insurance wasn't such a hassle.

If you care about your life and well-being of you and your family do not ever come to this Pharmacy this is 6 months in a row that my heart medication that I need to take every single day and a mental health medication that I need to take every single day that is not ready for refill until two more weeks they continuously send me text messages that my prescription is ready for pickup then when I go there they all act like they don't know what's going on and tell me I have to wait another 10 days for it to be in stock it is even harder to get them to transfer your subscription to another store none of the employees in the pharmacy care about anybody's Health other than their own I'm going to write the Better Business Bureau about this store and see what I could do about a class action lawsuit because I could possibly die without my heart medication and the withdrawal symptoms from the mental health medication are terrible this is unacceptable found a franchise as CVS Please be aware of this store
