The Eisenhower location are so prompt with service and hospitality! Nick and staff are so helpful when I came into the business. They were very quick with the response time with the slight break for my pants and the wonderful polka-dot coat! I will visit here for all my alterations and suits! A++++

Best Experience & Customer Service Hands Down! My Husband had an company event that was on his birthday so he wanted something that was going to turn heads and make him stand out from the rest. When he spotted the jacket Toya got right on it when I told her the look he was going for. From the extended collar to the tailored pants and sizes…She knows her stuff!! Nick is very professional and accommodating thanks for holding the jacket down until we came back. My husband receive so many compliments from everyone. You would have thought he was a damn celebrity lol! If they had a best dress he definitely would’ve took the trophy home. This is our new spot thanks so much Toya & Nick best service hands ever!

Nick was a very friendly and accommodating professional! My best friend is getting married (on Saturday), and I had been shopping all over for the perfect suit for my “fast growing “ 12 year old son... and was very close to just settling to be done with the process. Nick respectively greeted us and walked us through how the suit should fit, as well as provided recommendations based on a good fit and something both my son and myself would be happy with! He was not pushy but offered solutions based on what our needs that were described to him. This became a one-stop shop, where I was able to purchase the suit, shirt, belt and shoes as well as some accessories for my husband too. I have been in the sales field for several years (and not the easiest “up sell”) however, his remarkable customer service was MUCH appreciated! The atmosphere was great. Everybody knows a great sales team will have you feeling like a million bucks.
