Best Customer service! i recently went on a cruise and i needed help to pick outfits. I picked out whatever i thought was best and the ladies were very helpful and brought out more suggestions while i was in the dressing room. They made me feel beautiful and confident with the clothes they help me choose. I had compliments on my outfits all throughout my cruise thanks to this store. 10/10 will be coming back often!

This is one best store I’ve been they have a really good selection of clothes. I recently went there to shop there for my girlfriend birthday. They helped me pick the clothes that I was thought was best for her needless to say she loved it. The lady’s were very helpful will definitely be back

First Steps New York store opened in 1994 in downtown Manhattan. Year later, first Kara New York store opened in Midtown Manhattan. Since then Steps and Kara stores became two of the most favorite shopping destinations for locals and travelers in New York City.
