Have to agree with everyone else. Evan does such an amazing job. Super patient with changing over our 8 lines with new phones. He is the reason we stayed with USC. If you are looking for a person to take care of your family, go see Evan. You will not regret it.

Will was so helpful! We asked for a few different options for a new customer (add to existing family plan or get their own line), and Will made sure we understood each option and went with the best one! He also got us the best phone possible with the trade-in promotion going on (compared to Verizon that would give us an older phone that still cost a monthly fee). Will was fun to talk to and got us the best plan for us!

Wait time short, Will Crowley was super helpful with us getting new S24 Ultra. He was friendly, super patient, helpful on lower our monthly bill. Would recommend him!

This may be a bit long winded but Evan stepped up and went above and beyond the call a few weeks ago. I purchased a phone from one of their other branches and it had some issues dropping off the network. I took it back twice and they had thought they fixed it but with no luck. I stopped into Stoughton on my way home since it broke again and Evan (who was already staying 55 min late helping someone else, and 5 min before close) chose to help me with my issue. I was leaving town the next day and needed a phone that would work. He got me a loaner and even went home that night to further research the fix for my purchased phone. Nothing against any of the other people who helped work on the problem, but Evan went out of his way to get the problem solved and allowed me to continue through my week without being phoneless. Thanks Again Evan!
