Almost bought the wrong part to fix my dryer. Larry asked me what was wrong and after explaining, he sold me the part he thought was bad with my dryer. He was right! I was able to fix it for around $40.00. Thank you for saving me money and time!

I have used ABC ever since I moved to Lake Placid. I have always experienced really great service from them, but I felt like I needed to say something really nice about them today. My dryer wasn’t working and I called them on Monday, and they explained that they wouldn’t be able to get out to me until Friday. I asked them to call me if there were any cancellations, and they said they would. They called me today and Tim out and fixed my dryer for a very low cost. Thank you for the wonderful service, and for your great customer service. It’s truly appreciated!

Very informative every time I needed a piece or apart from my appliances they always had the item or were able to get it very knowledgeable.

I was having issues with my dryer, and it finally quit working. I really didn't want to purchase a new one so I googled what may be wrong. It read that my thermal sensor was bad. I removed it and took it to ABC for a new one (very first time I have been to the store). I ask for a new one and the female at the desk said she wanted to test it before selling me one. She tested it and it was good. I asked what else could be the issue. She said it was probably the dryer door switch that went bad. She showed me where to find and how to check to see if that was the problem. Sure, enough that was the issue. She sold me a $25 part and I put it on, and the dryer works great. I appreciate the fact she shared some ideas on a fix and not automatically sell me a new dryer. I will guarantee when the time comes to purchase any appliances, I am going to ABC solely based on my customer experience. Thanks to the very knowledgeable female at the desk and the ABC appliances for your honestly and a $25 part to fix the problem.

They have been my go to appliance store since the 1990's. Pleasant, fair and professional.

Awesome company. My washer broke and was still under the warranty, The manufacturer refused to help me and sent their service provider out multiple times who didn’t care and couldn’t find a problem, my washer hasn’t been working properly for months. I called ABC And they came out and found the problem within 5 minutes. From amber, Tim, and Larry they were very nice, knowledgeable, and outstanding customer service. Thank you for being so helpful and kind. This company will be my only recommendation for appliances and repairs.

never made it to the store. I called once about a service call. The gentlemen that answered was quite frank and honest. Had a brief conversation about pricing and I was off to cussing in my head about this dang all digital washer of mine. I did discover the problem. Called them back and their price for the part was really close to online. I just wanted to thank them and let others know about my experience.

We bought a refrigerator her a couple of years ago. We will never go anywhere else. Great service and really nice people.

Ordered a panel ready 84” high c 36” wide, Kitchen Aid Refrigerator, in August 2020, this was a special order. Amber at ABC went the extra mile and today August 20 2021, three installers took my old unit & installed the new. Excellent installation along with my monthly calls to update.
I recommend this organization highly.👍👍👍

First off, out standing customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had the part number the representative needed and she didn’t even need to look it up. “Yes we have that” You can’t get that customer service at Home Depot or Lowe’s, next time my appliance breaks or I need to replace something they have my business. I highly recommend checking them out for parts. I bet they keep a better stock supplies than a junk dealer on Tatooine.

Went in to buy a new dryer. Sales lady in the store recommended we have the dryer vent checked first. Their service person, Tim found our vent was clogged...Fixed the problem & now our old dryer is running just fine. So they lost a dryer sale but gained a customer for our future purchases....Thank you

Very helpful sales and service. Prices are very reasonable and excellent quality products. This company came recommended by our flooring contractor. Installation technicians were very professional and on time. Strongly recommend this LOCAL company over the "Big Box" stores in the area.

Very experienced and VERY knowledgeable sales staff. Have not had any issues any time I have ever went in there like the other reviews state. Very reliable and dependable service. And for the record, they are less than half of what Sears would charge!!! Very reasonable and timely!
