A very nice young man waited with me for over an hour until I got ahold of the person whose account I'm on then took care of everything! He was wonderful!

The manager of this store and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We drive 35 min away from our local (south boston) store to this one. Knowledge and great customer service in Clarksville.

We came in to get a new phone today October 29th due to a phone accident and the young lady was just helpful and thoughtful in every way. We need more friendly and helpful people in this world like her. Thank you so much! HIGLY RECOMMEND:)

Catherine is top notch and provided fantastic service. My phone screen was smashed and I needed a new phone or I would not have been able to work on Monday. Sunday morning I was there at noon and she was patient, understanding, very kind and extremely knowledgeable. I’m very happy she was working that day!

We needed to upgrade a phone so old it didn't have a sim card. We also did not remember our pin. Catherine was terrific! She was friendly, answered questions, and contacted Verizon customer service to get us set up. We were so pleased with her professionalism that I bought a phone too. She set it up while we went to lunch. The best experience with a Verizon store.

I don't normally do business with Russell Cellular in Clarksville, Va but I did yesterday. Jessica is the young lady that assisted me. Jessica has a wonderful personality and a great smile! She was a pleasure to interact with. Jessica took care of me in no time. She installed a liquid screen protector for me. It was done perfectly! No flaws! I had another issue after I left the store and Jessica took care of it over the phone. There was another associate that was working also. Her name is Terri. Terri was very pleasant as well. Looks like I will be shopping here more instead of driving quite a distance for a Verizon Corporate store. Thank you ladies!

My boyfriend and I went to this location to talk about adding a line. The service we received was awesome. Madison assisted us with all of our needs!! I will always go see her if I need anything, she provided excellent customer service. 👏

The two women were amazing. My switch back to Verizon had one problem after another and one at a time they solved them all. They were fabulous.

I spoke with Rena on the phone earlier before arrival to make appointment. She was available the same day and had everything ready prior to me showing up. Answered all my questions. Great person to meet.

Skip ALL the other Verizon stores (especially the one in Creedmoor) and come to Clarksville. You won't regret it. This place has amazing staff that are always polite, friendly, and fix any problem.

While working I lost my phone and by the time we found it cars and trucks had destroyed it, Verizon has sent my wife to a different location to have my phone replaced And found the employees in the other store where incompetent and inexperienced to help my wife’s business account she immediately went to the store in Clarkesville where she was met by Abigail who not only help my wife find the right phone but took the time to program it thank you for all your help and your service is amazing as long as we are working in Clarksville you will always be our store !!!!!!

Nicholas was efficient, polite, and just an all around good guy. He was able to answer my questions and solve my problems.
