The UPS Store

I was serviced by two of the loveliest representatives at this location today (Hilary and Judy). The customer service was A1. Hilary was very knowledgeable in the products and services The UPS store has to offer. She was very welcoming and easy to speak with. I’ll definitely be making this store my home store for all my shipping and printing needs. I’ll also recommend this store to friends and family that they May experience the customer service of both Hilary and Judy

I had help by a nice lady named Yudy and she was AMAZING. She helped me with my package and gave me the best quality of care. It is so confusing when you need help with boxes and the sizes of them and she definitely showed how much she cared to help me. That is what is best when you go to an establishment and I will definitely be coming back to this ups store since there has been nobody else to help as much as her in the other ones.

I had absolutely nothing to complain about and that's rare. Hilary was exceptional, patiently waited for me to fill out my money order and setup my new account. I have several ups stores near me. This was my first visit and now it's my only shipping spot. Yeah, the service was that good...thanks Hilary and Paul...!

This UPS Store located in 1319 N University Dr. in Coral Springs has the best store customer service around. We have had a phenomenal experience every time I go there. Yude Coello and all the store staff go the extra mile to try to help us clients with our needs. Keep up the good work..

Came in today for a notary with my brother today Hillery greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. She did the notary and we were in and out in 5 minutes. No problems no issues. Thank you Hillery you are amazing!

This store is just phenomenal Paul is amazing, I have never felt so welcome in any UPS STORE I have visited. Paul has excellent customer service truly assisted me with my amazing return and was so polite to my daughter even provided a stickers this is what I call exceptional customer service experience. Thank you Paul you are truly and asset to UPS.
