Online shopping is more efficient, but going to a GOOD retail store is an experience that cannot be replicated online. This GameStop IS an experience thanks to the leadership present there. The managers Chip and Brenden are PHENOMENAL workers.

Retail workers endure so much abuse; it is a shame that this is as common as it is. I have seen these two handle the most unpleasant/mean spirited customers with grace. These managers are brilliant, strong, compassionate, and inspiring individuals; visiting this store is an experience I look forward to.

These two managers have immense product knowledge and will investigate what they do not know. Want to play a new video game, but not sure of where to start? Ask these employees! They will listen to your preferences and present a variety of potential candidates for you to bring home!

The Manger there at Gamestop in Central Park is great. She went above and beyond to help me get the right product. And she has a great attitude. I will be coming back.

The team at this Gamestop are the best! The answer all my questions and are engaging. They have become friends of our family. If I go in without my son they always ask where he is. They are the best around. We miss Alix and Colby being there but still enjoy everyone else. Thanks guys for being so awesome!

Brenden and Chip were amazing, personable, polite, and very knowledgeable. They gave me great advice on my purchases and also offered me extras that complemented the items I was looking to purchase. All in all, amazing service.

My boys like coming here for some time off from school and sports. They are not big gamers but it’s nice for them to be kids and pick up a controller.

We love this Game Stop. The staff is always friendly, informed, and very helpful. They have always gone above and beyond to help us get what we are looking for and help us out. Even though we moved further away and have another store closer to us, we go out of our way to come back to this one for the staff and the well stocked store.

I had came in last minute looking for a specific headset as a birthday gift and they unfortunately did not have it in store available. The owner (I believe) came in and went out of his way to contact the other Game Stops in the area to find the headset I was looking for. Not only that, but he had requested them to keep them on hold for me as well !

Every time i go in, i always speak with knowledgeable people. They are always interested in finding me the right game based on what I'm looking for. They also from time to time help me upgrade my games, consoles, etc in a way that is cost effective to me the player and not big buisness. They are more satisfied with a happy costumer then a large sale. Tnx guys.

This place is great. All of the employees are friendly and very knowledgeable. This is by far the best gamestop in Fredericksburg. Chip the store manager runs his store a cut above the rest
