Great help from the fellas in the door section.

Seriously Awesome help from Chris at the tile and section! He Save me a 2hr trip back to town after he went over my cart to make sure i had everything needed to complete my cabin tile job.

Adam took time to help us find what we were looking for. It wasn't available so he looked online to see if anything would work for us. Appreciate his kindness. Thank you! We will be back!

Large lowes with a great selection of supplies to address living in Alaska during the cold winter months. Still provides the day to to tools and supplies needed to maintain the home with additions to tackle winter. Highly recommended and convenient location in relation to JBER.

Boss man scored a bunch of damaged treated lumber for pennies here today, and awesome deal on a couple damaged doors that we can end up fixing, saving hundreds of dollars

This is our go to home improvement store and go to Lowe’s. They always help, answer questions, and have nearly everything we’ve needed for all the various internal and external projects we get into as home owners. Today they made our day by price matching a cased product that needed to be ordered from Home Depot with their in store individually priced item. They definitely have hiring down, everyone is so friendly and helpful. They have us continually coming back.

I will be coming again for my home needs, simply because of how Tim, the manager, treated me. Kindness goes a long way, and he topped my expectations. My home Lowe’s in VA was always disappointing, and the opposing big name would carry employees that were vastly more helpful. Not a problem in Alaska! The store is also huge and inpressive.

A week or so ago asked assistance from a young lady named Kiana. Was looking for long tension rods, she looked in different locations including online. Finally, recommended another store even going so far as looking up the location in the other store. Above and beyond customer service. Thank you Kiana

Best kept secret is this store. In particular, an associate named Jeff in flooring. He’s a gem of a person and very knowledgeable not to mention helpful. You know when you enter these stores and associates don’t make eye contact because they’re busy trying to get their work done? Or when you do ask for help but you can tell they might be a floater that day filling in for someone in a department they don’t know much about? Well, that won’t happen with Jeff. I talked to him on the phone, I told him I’d be in at approx x time on such and such day, he confirmed he’d be there. When I got there he had my paperwork ready, I had my sample that I needed to match to, he took me to where the product was and within 20 minutes, I knew what I wanted & he worked to write it up. Man…I hit the easy button on this transaction thanks to him. Thanks Jeff!!

This Rating is for the carpet purchase and installation at Lowes Tikahtnu center; Our experience was definitely five star. The sales person Alex Hegg was extremely informative and Helpful in our purchase and setting up the installation. The husband and wife team, Christian and Bri were professional, Polite, informative and well versed in carpet removal and installation and should be commended. The entire experience was (unexpectedly) smooth as silk. We would recommend these individuals to anyone.

I'm remodeling my kitchen. I have found the employees to be so helpful. They have all been so nice. I'm there several times a week and every single time someone has stopped to ask if we need help finding anything

I was impressed at how clean this Lowes store was. (NE Anchorage). Bought a refrigerator @ 4th of July weekend sale. Appliance staff was super helpful & knowledgable (phone & in-person). There's another Lowes closer to us; but we're shifting our business to NE ANC. All staff we encountered there was top notch.

There was a gentleman that helped me at closing. He was very knowledgeable and took extra time to pick what I needed. I believe his name was Jake. I will update if the name is wrong. He made me feel so at home and got me what I needed. Bravo Lowes fir having such a great team member

I have shopped here for 5 years, always helpful staff - I can usually find everything I need for home projects here.

Quick run to get some supplies. Everything I needed was easy to find.
