Was looking for a small printer to fit on my small desk at home, and ended up finding a product at a different store after making a purchase here. While I kept some items, returning the printer and ink was hassle-free and a streamlined process. I really appreciated the initial friendly checkout with Octavia when I was first in the store, and the associate Ray helped make sure everything went well with the return and the reasoning for it. The manager Jae came over quickly to help overview/approve the return, and I really appreciate the swift, friendly service here! I will return with my next home office needs.

Recently I purchased a mike head set at here at Office Max at Denali and Tudor in Anchorage was impressed they had the item I needed today

Office Max/ Office Depot has a great selection of office supplies and is staffed with helpful employees. And, you can get Tul pens. Great writing for a great price!

Oh my goodness. The staff at the Tudor Road location are working hard while understaffed and still maintaining positivity, helpfulness and friendliness. My visit was quicker than anticipated, only because of the awesome service I received.

I was greeted immediately upon entering your store. Neil helped with choosing our office chairs and getting them to the front. Jae also helped us with purchase of printers, as i was purchasing a second printer for picture printing albums for Christmas gifts. Also Raven helped cash us out and Jae came to help put things into our vehicle.. Very satisfied with our visit. Got the same results with the staff as before. that is why we went there again this time.

I like to shop at the Office Max on Tudor because I always quickly find what I need there. The organization of the store, and the signage, are excellent. The staff is helpful. I am confident that I will probably find exactly what I am shopping for, and the prices are competitive. I've bought everything from Sharpies to an office chair at this Office Max.

Friendly, helpful, respectful, no high pressure. Easy to do returns/ exchanges. The Anchorage Tudor store has always helped me out. Great attitude of all employees in these currently stressful times.

Came in for some laminating sheets. Store was well organized. I was in the store no more then a few minutes. Cashier was super nice ane very southern comfort. Great smile and attitude. Will recommend coming here.

I wanted my print job done on special paper so chose to have it done at the counter. I was given price options and proofs before the job was ran. 100% satisfied, much better then that 'other' place.

Staff here are friendly and helpful in finding what you need. The store is clean and uncluttered. You can often find great deals here on all your supplies.

Michael was our cashier today and he was so polite and helpful. Michael chatted with us the entire time while cashing us out and it really felt like we were talking to a good freind😊.

Tudor Rd location reps and managers are incredible! I’m honestly amazed. Very friendly and they know what they are doing. Great customer care is something like a unicorn. I’m convinced... they are unicorns ;) Please keep it up!
