Excellent Customer Service. Efficient and quick. The employees there were working together as a group and were courteous. My fax was sent quickly and I was not overcharged.

I love this store. The guys who work here are always very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. This is my go-to shipping place because of the quick and easy service.

I honestly don't understand the negative reviews, especially when compared to the other local options.

Excellent service! Always well staffed and they are knowledgeable and polite. Even if the store is busy the staff is very knowledgeable and quick to help each person and keep the line moving. I go into this store frequently and I'm always impressed by the efficient service. I regularly see customers who are unprepared and don't know the instructions for their returns. (and often with NUMEROUS items as you can see from other photos) The employees are patient and able to explain the process. Definitely the best UPS or postal store I've ever used, and some of the best customer service overall.

I have seen a mixed bag here with good and not so good service. Having said that, my service has always been good and I set my mind to having a good experience. In my cases, I am dropping off an Amazon package and am totally using UPS for MY convenience, keeping in mind there are other ways to return an item to Amazon. I appreciate the staff for dealing with my returns that most of the time they don’t kind taping.

I went in pretty stressed about returning a package earlier this week. I was quite unfamiliar with the process however this very charming, informative employee named Brock assisted me. He really made the experience quite enjoyable, and I went out happy with the service. These other reviews seem to have not gotten the right employee 😂

Mailed something for the first time this afternoon and the older gentleman was super helpful and nice !!!

The ease of shipping is a huge help here. Just bring in what you need to send out and they take care of everything.

This is a busy hub of activity! There's a lot of shipping and printing going on, and the staff are busy at all times. The atmosphere is friendly, and the staff are very good at their jobs, so the wait is never very long.

UPDATE 9/1/2021 - After a year of renting a mailbox here and handling all of my shipping needs at this store, I wish I could add a sixth star to my review! The staff work very hard to navigate the multitude of shipping services and scenarios. Everyone is always friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to make sure everything gets where it needs to go. I don't know how I ever shipped or received anything without them. I highly recommend the mailbox rental. Here's the sixth star anyway! 🌟

I'm so lucky I live near this awesome UPS Store! I've had my private mail box there for several years now and feel like my mail and packages are always handled securely and professionally. The owner knows his business and trains his employees well! Great customer service, friendly, and efficient!

Nice patient shipping center. They do a great job at getting people in and out. I don't normally like UPS because it always takes longer but this one has exceptional service and I hear they have good shipping prices. They also answer the phones very quick!

No b.s. small talk for 9 minutes about the freaking weather (with every darn customer) like at many other UPS locations. Perfectly pleasant and fast.

Had to get a few items notarized and mailed out. David was extremely helpful, thorough, and polite. I have never had a better experience at a UPS. Definitely worth mentioning!

Parking lot is full of car breakers but everything else is a breeze. Its places like these that make Prime as successful as it is in Amazonia.

Recently i had the misfortune of dealing with an overseas consulate & my mother's foreign passport renewal. I wasted more time than necessary trying to get enhanced color copies of her ID & passport initially at the local FedEx (just as helpful) but when all local banks couldn't notarize the copies i found myself talking to the Asian gent who owns this store. I was in & out in 5 minutes thanks to him making his own copies, notarizing them & having my mom sign off his logbook.

Tldr i wasted 4 trips between FedEx & two local banks. Should've gone here & saved myself a whole lotta time

Honest, trustworthy, and helpful. I highly recommend this store for UPS or USPS packages. I often drop off multiple boxes and never have an issue. The staff is very friendly too.

I frequent the Bothell UPS store for all my shipping needs. Their small toy area occupy my little one as I attend business. I rent an UPS mailbox for my bisiness. It meets my real street address requiremeny for my small business. Recently, I linked my Amazon Prime membership for convenient large package pickup. I get notifications when new packages have arrive. And when returning, I never have to print labels, UPS scan my mobile device and the cost is paid from my Amazon account. Fast and convenient. Every clerk is friendly. They always work with me to minimize my large package shipping cost. Package drop off is fast and free. No lines. I highly recommend UPS Bothell for shipping, printing, and mailbox rental.
