I had a pleasent time here.. I tried to find a sweater that would be great for me but they did not have it... :( although I got suggested to go upstairs to 686 and wish that North Face had a normal hoodie that I could have purchased but maybe next time.. The employee's were great and did the best to help me out.. 5 stars from me.

Great selection, good options, and tip-top customer service! Bailey was patient (like super patient!), helpful, and well-informed on what works well together for this novice skier. If you’re in the area and need some new digs, be sure to make The North Face store your first stop and ask for Bailey!

This is a great North Face store! It is a retailer of North Face run by the Heavenly Mountain, so keep in mind you can't use your xplr points! They have North Face Heavenly Mountain attire for purchase too!
