I had no idea that store is so big. Friendly staff, well organized and it smelled fresh and clean inside. Sometimes vape shops can smell like a foul amalgamation of all of the employees different flavored juices.
Not so with Abby Road, fresh, clean, pleasant. Will definitely be back!

Seriously I like this place!! I realy only come in for vape juice because I like their selection. (They don't carry beards which blows but is what it is) but my husband likes it for the other stuff it has to offer. They have a super wide variety of everything from what I can see 🙂 and they are always getting new things in. As far as batteries or single use vapes they also as you to try them before you leave if you don't that's on you 100% their policy is clearly stated and I appreciate that!

LoVe this store. Been coming here about 4yrs now and is the only store I use. The staff is awesome. Natasha\Simon have been there each time with a smile and greeting. The Place is very well organized and they take the time to educate and visit with customers. Love the point system. 50$ off when u hit that 1000points. Gonna spend the money why not get incentives. The owner has a Gem with this store and now it's sister store on Central.

Love this place but the music I can't handle as I have extreme PTSD and it is a major trigger for me and when I asked the woman if she could possibly turn down the music she did of course and I thought that was so nice thank u .... They have a wide variety of of items and she was so helpful with all of our questions I love it

Natasha is just the best. She knows exactly what I want when I walk through the door. This is also the most beautiful vape store I’ve ever been in. All of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They have the best selection of e-liquids and coils. I also like the rewards program. Hey, did I say Natasha is the bomb. Great store and most helpful staff. Thanks for all that you do. I've been here multiple times, and the staff, Taylor, Sam, and Raymond are super knowledgeable and helpful! The manager, Natasha is really great too! Everyone is so welcoming! The store is super clean and the products are really great quality. I've gotta say, it's the best vape store in HS in my opinion! Definitely stop by if you're in the area, it's sooo worth it!

This is definitely a good place to hang out with friends, and even the workers too! Vape tricks or not! The staff is really friendly and helpful. Sam can usually find the right juice for the taste I feel, Taylor’s good at finding what coils I need when I can’t name them, and Raymond’s got all the know-how on the mods. A perfect trio! They all greet me when I come inside and serve their customer with a smile. Their boss Natasha is really warm and welcoming! It just feels like home going to buy a vape. They have consistent discounts on all sorts of juices too, in-store or sent straight to your phone! I’d definitely recommend this place to my friends. 😁

The staff there is amazing knowledgeable about their product. Amazing prices on juices, devices and glassware. I will be returning ASAP! The young man Corbin was a great salesmen friendly and nice helped me get the Smok stick v8 and a amazing juice Brain Freeze. I will be spreading the word about their shop!

LOVE this vape store. Only shop I’ve been to since 2018. The staff is very well rounded about their products, especially Simon, he’s the homie! 10/10 would recommend. They’ve got a great selection of glassware, vapes, disposables, and everything in between. Awesome point system so you can get $$ off your purchase. Sunday is double points day so I would recommend stopping in on that day!

Fantastic customer service, talking to an actual fellow consumer instead of a salesman/saleswoman. Bought a Geekvape Aegis Max and it was actually about the same price as online, but I didn't have to wait a week to get it!

Anytime I have a question I have no problems calling them and they are more than happy to help me, even if i'm not buying something.

Joseph is the guy who I go to but they are all fantastic and very happy to stop what they're doing and help a new vaper get everything he needs. You guys rock, you made me happy to get back into the hobby when I lost all hope for in store interactions.
