They have or can get anything you're looking for. Commercial accounts, Special Order's, huge inventory, and very clean and bright.
Would seem to me a little undermanned, almost impossible to find an open assistant, everyone is always occupied. Reasonable prices

Hybrid between the big box stores, an upscale harbor freight, and Ace Hardware. They have a decent supply of woodworking tools and even dust collection units and fittings.
Can be a bit spendy, but their inventory makes up for it. They close somewhat early (7pm weekdays) if you are used to box store hours.

Good assist today for a couple fine detail tool accessories.

I bought a new chain saw this weekend. The sales team was amazing to work with. They knew everything about the STIHL product line and were able to help me pick the right series saw. They then told me about the extended warranty, filled my saw with fluids, started it up and gave me a quick run down on safe operating best practices.

I also learned that the new location in South Anchorage has a repair shop to handle the chain saws! BIG PLUS.
