My man Dallas over at footprints provided by far hands down the best customer service I have received in a long time. Great selection of the store, super friendly staff. A lot of keen stuff which I'm a huge fan of. If you're in the market for new pair of kicks this is definitely the place to go. This place is awesome. Got the whole family something and the prices were great. The staff and owners were awesome, were willing to help and spend the time with you showing features and benefits of each product. Even got my dad a hat!

Jean is so good at her job, I'd love to hire her for my own company! She completely changed me and my husband's life, not only by knowing exactly what shoe we both needed, but also teaching me how to tie my shoe. I can't recommend this store enough. 10 outta 5 starts, and we'll be back tomorrow to buy some Burkies!

What amazing staff. I learned I have been tying my shoes all wrong for hiking. Gene was an amazing, patient and helpful sales woman. She taught me so much about hiking boots I left with new ones and a whole new way to wear them. The whole sales team was great. The whole vibe of the shop is great too. Plenty of great choices to try on. Great shoe shop!

I had a lovely experience. I went in to find some Birkenstock sandals -happily they had about 10 options in my size! And dune other good brands with checking out. I left with a new pair of clogs, and an super happy!

This is a great full service shoe shop. The guy who owns it is genuinely interested in your success with their shoes. I would highly recommend if you live in Pagosa or are visiting because better than REI or big city stores.

This shoe store is so cute! They have such a good selection of hiking shoes, sandals, and more. They have all my favorite brands in stock and are always so helpful. I always have a good experience and am happy with the quality of my shoes. Will definitely continue to shop here.

Great store if you need a pair of hiking or other shoe this is the place to stop! The owners are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They don’t give you that “sales person” feel at all! We walk out with 3 pairs of shoes/boots today and we highly recommend this store.

I was visiting the area with some friends who know the owners. I found some really cool Keen Slippers and actually got to visit with the owners. They are really great people and very down to earth. I’m back in Oklahoma, but enjoying my indoor/outdoor slippers. 😁

I am in utter shock at the reviews previously. Maybe people are too sensitive and paranoid due to COVID?! My husband and I had an excellent experience, and with Jean’s help. She was very knowledgeable and even though was helping another customer in the store, came back to us every few minutes. We purchased 3 pair of great shoes. We buy only the brands they carry; good shoes are worth spending money on! Jean also helped me get inserts for my pronation problem, and they were inexpensive too!

This store carries great shoes, boots, sandels, and to one's surprise , this store has very good quality leather purses, back packs, wallets, and more. Also, the employees are exceptionally knowledgeable.
