I've used the UPS Store on Regent for over 3 years. My company rents a mailbox from them that we check on a daily basis and we have also used their print services on several occasions. I have experienced nothing but the utmost professionalism from both the employees and the store owner.

When it comes to international shipments they are an extremely valuable resource. We ship several packages a month internationally using either UPS or DHL and one of the biggest issues we have is figuring out the correct address format. It's much easier for us to leave this part of our business in their hands and we feel very comfortable doing so. Never had an issue and we will continue to use them in the future.

Their print services are also very useful for us, especially when it comes to something we need quickly. We recently moved into a new office and needed signage directing our customers and also new business cards with an updated address. The signage we needed quickly but the business cards we needed the next day for an event. I didn't think it was possible but they were able to turn around my order and get the business cards printed the next day; then the signage was completed the day after.

All in all a great company. Would highly recommend.

Tour Manager here. I deal with freight all the time, never had a more positive experience doing so than I did with Jake at this location - Jake is an absolute superstar. Truly exceptional customer service, went way above and beyond to make sure that our freight needs were met, packaged appropriately and safely, and was just the kindest human while doing it. Somebody please give Jake a raise.

Wow great customer service! I was mailing back a loaned medical device. The company had emailed me a return label which I had no way of printing. They did it for me! I just forwarded them the email and just like that I was set. Thank you so much for your help. And for having a parking lot in the downtown area. Super pleased.

Best UPS in Madison by far!!! This specific UPS location provides exceptional customer service. I've come here for all my printing needs for my business even though it is the farthest away UPS location. They help you figure out exactly what you are looking for.

I can’t say enough good things about Lee (print shop manager) and the quality of work and service at this print shop location. Lee is fantastic to work with, and I’m continuously impressed by the quality of the documents/deliverables I receive. Additionally, if ever there are questions, I receive a follow-up note or call to make sure that the deliverable matches what I intended when I sent it in. Occasionally while printing on the road, I’m forced to print at a Staples or Kinkos, and am reminded just how lucky I am to have this UPS print shop available locally.

Always a terrific experience at this UPS store. Staff are professional, skilled , friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. What more could you want?! Thank you Aaron, Jake, and Marsala, (and the owner, Mark). I highly recommend coming here.

UPS Store on Regent St. is my go-to place for packing and shipping breakable items and items of odd dimensions. The service is efficient and workers are pleasant and helpful.
They are skillful packers who make sure that what they ship arrives in perfect condition.

After having a negative and terrible customer service experience at the location on Odana, I called the Regent location and spoke with an associate named Olivia. Not only did I get the answer to my simple question that the Odana rep. refused to answer, but Olivia exhibited far better customer service and was more than willing to help.

I would be inclined to use the Regent location for any shipping needs.

They are awesome. Lee made the process really easy and I didn't have to worry about anything at all. They also delivered a local package for me in less than 3 hours. Cheers!

I've always had great customer service here, I don't understand the negative reviews as they certainly don't match my experiences, and I have gone to this store many times as it is my local UPS store.
