Had a great buying experience! I was looking for a very specific style for a dining room table and chairs. Preston immediately showed me several options then left me alone so I could compare items without any sales pressure. Also helped that there was a great President’s Day Sale. Preston reviewed everything in writing and answered my questions prior to the actual purchase including a furniture guarantee. ! I purchased exactly what I was looking for at a great price and very happy with the entire experience.

Chris my salesman was awesome. Very helpful and I believe he gave me a good deal. Didn't try to oversell me on anything. Extremely happy with my purchase. The sectional is very comfortable. I chose to pick it up at their warehouse instead of delivery. The service there was top notch also. Brought out my items quickly and loaded up with care. I'll definitely shop at the Perrysburg location again.

My wife and I stopped into the Rossford store this afternoon after spending the day in the Toledo area shopping for a sofa. We were super impressed with the selection and Preston, our sales assistant was absolutely AMAZING! He was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help out.

Had to buy a lift chair for my elderly mom. We went into Ashley and Juan came and introduced himself. Told him what we were looking for and he showed us what they had there. Picked one that we liked and made the purchase. Pretty easy.

Great experience! Worked with Daylynn and she was absolutely delightful! Very informative and patient with us, were able to walk away purchasing a new couch for our living room. We also worked some with Juan and he was very friendly and helpful as well.

We visited Ashley looking for a small sectional. We were greeted by Sam and she explained most sectionals could be customized to what we wanted. We found a nice one. Sam was very nice and professional. The store was clean and easy to look at all furniture.

Great experience buying a vouch here. I get overwhelmed easily and Day was very good at respecting the space I needed but, was helpful with all questions. She helped with all questions and anticipated questions I did not think about. I've been searching for couches for a while and I was very impressed with this process. My best friend was with me and was so pleased with the process that we came back the next day and he bought a whole living room set. Ashley furniture has gained a new customer and Day, the sales rep, has gained a new client. 5 stars start to finish.

Customer service was spot on. No pushy sales here. Juan was great and very helpful in our search for a dinette table. He had a great Personality and was fun to work with.

Really appreciated the young gentleman’s being very thorough in the delivery of my furniture. Making sure they assess the area completely and the best way to bring in my furniture without any problem.

I was so impressed with the new store in Rossford, OH. Chris Dunauant (sp?) helped me tremendously, as I have a handicap so he walked around the store for me & came back with ideas. He was very helpful & personable. He is a great Sales Associate & a keeper for your business. I have purchased furniture from Ashley in the past & will definitely come back to your new location.

Preston Childress was amazing with us!!! He greeted us at the door immediately as we walked in. He was able to get us a great deal and was so patient with us. He had the answer to every question we had. If he was not sure of the answer he got the answer for us quickly. We were offered many options and he gave us the details of each option. We felt very knowledgeable about what we were walking out of the store with.

Juan helped me get the best deal however still waiting for the furniture itbwas a fast easy process he explained everything and was very helpful 👍 I would recommend you seeing him
