Lowe's Home Improvement

We ordered a rolling island from Lowe's, and when we received it, the box was really beat up. Inside, some of the bags of parts were open, but there was only 1 cam lock missing. We went to the Lowe's in Macedonia, and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. Bob even paid for the package of cam locks saying that it was Lowe's fault, so we shouldn't have to pay for it. Great experience!

This Loews store is not hard to navigate through and is customer service helpful when needed. Most of the time I can find what I'm after or a staff person will assist me. I really enjoy the garden and flower section, the plants look great and are sometimes on sale

Helpful staff at this location! Finally. Some of the home improvement stores are difficult to get someone to help you find things, but the girl at the paint desk helped me find items that weren’t even related to paint. Blew my expectations out of the water. This is my go to Lowe’s location moving forward.

Brett,the Assistant Store Manager at the Macedonia, OH store and his team, saved us from a disastrous experience. We bought a new high-end dishwasher that started leaking water on our kitchen floor 4 weeks after it was installed. The manufacturer tried to fix it and failed but refused to issue an RA to take it back. Brett escalated the issue until he got approval to take the return so we could buy a more reliable brand from his store.

I shop at this Lowe’s regular. They are always pleasant and helpful.

Our Primary school needed a few pumpkins/fall decor to decorate our front sign. Lowe’s went above and beyond by donating ALL of this. Pumpkins, hay bales, lots of plants! The parents and kids LOVE driving by the sign! Thank you!!

The store was immaculate. Friendly staff. Much nicer than most home improvement stores around Cleveland. Especially Home Depot in Cleveland Heights. That's not the store to use. Very unprofessional employees there. Use this Lowe's instead

Great store and the best people to answer your questions. it's my "go-to" store!

This isn’t my typical location, I was out that way helping my grandparent’s install railings. Typical of any home project I try…nothing was going right and I needed additional supplies. I get there with 20 minutes left before they close. I expected some disgruntled employees…I got the opposite. Carl was one of the most helpful personnel I’ve ever encountered anywhere. He took his time to help me, he gave me his opinions, gave me good ideas, he didn’t get upset when we had to go from one end of the store to the other and then back again. All in all just a great person to have on your staff. He made this place shine.

The staff is friendly and the store is clean. We visit regularly to look for new plants and it's always very organized. They have a good selection of pretty much anything you would need for home renovations.

Thanks to Kathy who I think was from the paint department who went above and beyond for me the other day when I wanted a certain type of disposable gloves. She had to get the ladder and bring down a box and open them for me! Then a young man helped me in the garden department when I was looking for a birdbath that uses a rail clamp, but I didn't get his name! The drive from Willoughby was well worth it! Very good! The store is very nice, clean and well stocked. I walked in, found what I was looking for and walked out with something else that worked better for me within 10 minutes! Very friendly and helpful staff too.

Thank you to Brett in appliances! Brett answered all of our questions and handled a refrigerator sale accurately. Within two days the appliance was installed correctly with polite delivery men. It was a very good experience.

This location is the best!!! In particular John with the appliances department....we have purchased multiple refrigerators and washer dryer combos for our house and two businesses. John is always helpful, professional and a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable and reasonable, I would recommend this Lowe’s highly! In all honesty I would give ten stars if I could....being a business owner I appreciate the high level of service !

It was a fantastic experience. All of the employees that I interacted with were polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. The store was clean, bright and well stocked.

Our appliance salesman Brad was a great help! Super friendly and knowledgeable. We desperately needed a new AC unit for our bedroom. It’s been getting very hot this summer, and I was getting severe swamp a$$ during the night. The new unit has been a huge help, and now I’m waking up as fresh as can be! Thank you, Brad!

We were at Lowe's recently for appliances and worked with Brad who was great to work with. Brad was extremely helpful and knowledgeable besides being a nice guy. I cannot say enough good about him. Compared to everyone one else the Lowe's price was lower and in one case, they price matched. The Macedonia store is the best Lowe's we have ever shopped. I highly recommend them. The only place to purchase appliances and Brad is the guy to work with.

Bob in appliances is excellent knows his products. Everyone very friendly and helpful and ask if you need help. Not like Home Depot where workers run in the opposite direction.

Lowe's usually has what we need at a fair price - we have used Lowe's for new flooring, all appliances, very satisfied on all counts!
