I had the pleasure of working with the sweetest woman in the paint dept today! Her personality was so kind and warm and she told me exactly what she was adding to my paint to ensure it stood the test of time in my bathroom. She gave me pricing before mixing and had everything ready while I looked at plants. Great customer service and I always love a warm smile when talking to someone new. Thank you to the beautiful soul in the paint dept(“Mystic Meadow” turned out great)! Home Depot is lucky to have you!

I went in to grab a discontinued Rigid Wet/Dry Vac. The website showed inventory but the Home Depot team and I couldn’t find it. Not only did they try to find it for me, but when we came up empty they discounted a current model to the same price. Great service and great staff!

Wanted to commend Marilyn in customer service. I asked her to look for a lost item in the parking lot and she went out and looked for me which she did not have to do. This was truly appreciated and you can tell that she looks out for customers!

John in the Lumber & Doors Aisle was extremely helpful today when I stopped in to pick up a screen door, and multiple other things that I needed for different projects around the house. He went above and beyond to make sure I found what I needed while also looking up different locations who had what I needed that the Macedonia location did not have in stock. Great customer service experience!

Had a great experience with Kwana in the appliance department. Customer service was great with Ann plus the store manager Lee was awesome! Everyone deserves a raise!

I recently returned a Christmas gift to Home Depot and I was treated with the utmost courtesy and accommodation. The team member who helped me was kind, friendly and efficient. My transaction was complete in less than 10 minutes. I have always had a pleasant experience shopping at Home Depot at all of their locations.

Most of the staff is great, a few members obviously don't want to be there. Management bought 2 suckers for my kids which was really nice.

I’m bias, I think Home Depot is a great company. They can do great things for customers, they usually allow returns on any active product within a certain time no questions asked. Home Depot does make mistakes however in most cases they make them right for the customer.

Probably the best Home Depot in Northeast Ohio. Having frequented the Euclid location for many years, I can say without a doubt this place is far superior. Great service and a nice clean store that's well-stocked.

My husband and I were buying 25 bags of mulch. As we were pushing the carts to the register the voice of an angel named Elijah said " would you like me to load that for you?" He loaded the bags in the truck for us. Very friendly and professional. Can't thank Elijah enough for helping. Keep up the great work.

Went in the afternoon to pickup an online order. While loading my car, I dropped my wallet. Some kind soul returned it with all the contents to the service desk. Thank you whoever you are. Later the same evening - about 9:15pm, I discovered I was missing said wallet - that was needed for an early morning flight. I called and got Liz. She took my name/number and said that Marilyn would check then call back when she was through with a customer. Not more than 10 minutes later, Marilyn called and "Yep, we have it here." I'll be there in 20 minutes. I got there and Liz was at desk and was very kind to this embarassed chap. Both of these ladies "killed me with kindness". Yeah - I'll be back to buy more stuff.

Standard Home Depot. Customer service here is amazing. They corrected issues that online Home Depot messed up and was not their responsibility to correct. This is our staple home improvement store.

In the rain this evening around 5:30p. I was loading mulch and before I could grab it Mike was outside and Jumped right in to help! I didn't have cash but will definitely make sure when knows he's appreciated this week that kind of courtesy is so much more valuable these days! Thank you Mike you're a true asset to the team!

Was trying to find a temperature sensor using the app and it got me to the right aisle but I couldn’t find it. Thankfully an employee walked down that aisle and was super helpful in finding it.

Store made ordering a John Deere lawn tractor very easy and smooth, delivery next day. Had problem with it and their help was great in correcting and replacing the bent piece. Astrid in lawn & garden is great to work with, thanks. Very good store with a positive attitude, good service desk.

I needed a new washing machine and did my research online. I went to a Home Depot that was closer to my house but the person in charge of appliances was not helpful and gave me wrong information repeatedly. They basically sent me to the one in Macedonia. Now I’m happy they did! Mark the appliance manager was SO helpful. He asked what washer I was looking for and asked for the model number and knew exactly the one I wanted and everything about it. He asked us a few questions about our family and usage and confirmed we were on the right track with our selection. He put my mind at such ease! He explained the benefits of the machine and why it’s a good buy and helped us overcome a few hurdles. I’m less than 5 minutes we committed to buying our new washing machine. He had a helper Roy and the two of them had us laughing and they were both helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this Home Depot for appliance needs. And also a big thank you to Mark and Roy.

I was here in April, was looking for a bracket for a bar rail, Mark (I think) was possibly the most helpful employee I have encountered at any store, he walked us through the store to check a few places, checked with other associates, ultimately what I needed was special order, but was very impressed
