AT&T Store

Rob was fantastic, got my family switched over on to my plan and got us all settled with new phones. He was very thorough, extremely helpful, and got us out with the best prices and plans for our budget. Probably my best experience at any phone store, let alone with AT&T.

The store manager, Chris, is outstanding to deal with. He took time to fully explain all available incentives and discounts, and also took time to identify major opportunities for monthly cost savings within my plan, overall. Best customer service experience I’ve had at the Levis Commons store over the 10+ years I’ve been going there.

This review is for the Levis Commons, Perrysburg store. At&T has great customer service, with the best service and deals even after you've been a long time customer. I highly recommend At&t if you are looking for a new provider. I think they are the G.O.A.T. of the industry because they have the widest coverage, best/competitive deals and most of all best customer service.

Destiny helped me with accessories for my new phone. She placed the screen protector on my phone which was so much appreciated!! She was really helpful, knowledgeable and just so nice. I will definitely look for her when I come back to the store.

I recently had a fantastic experience with AT&T when adding a new phone line and getting a new device. The assistance I received was truly top-notch, and I couldn't be happier with the service.

Firstly, I must commend the young man with glasses and dark hair who assisted me during this process. Though we didn't catch his name, his kindness, efficiency, and helpfulness were truly exceptional. He went above and beyond to ensure that adding the phone line and selecting a new phone didn't break the bank.

Not only did he guide me through the various options available, but he also helped me find the perfect phone that suited my needs and budget. His expertise made the entire experience enjoyable, and I felt like a valued customer throughout.

Overall, I highly recommend AT&T for their outstanding customer service and the exceptional assistance I received. It's rare to encounter such dedicated and friendly staff who make sure you get the best value for your money. Five stars all the way!

Justo has gone above and beyond for me consistently. He has sold me great accessories and multiple devices that I've been very happy with, as well as given me great recommendations, and processed a return for me, in the most friendly and efficient manner I've seen from anyone in this industry. He has applied multiple screen protectors with the worry-free warranty on them and thoroughly explained insurance on my devices. I go to this location always now, even when there may be a closer one available. Thanks Justo!

A huge thank you to Destiny E. she went way above and beyond to help my 71 year old mother get her new iPhone all sorted out. She made sure that all her contacts and photos made it from her dinosaur of a phone to her new iPhone. If you have ever worked with older adults and technology you know how stressful it can be. Destiny E.was cheerful and just went with the flow. She should 100% get a raise for dealing so graciously with my technology delayed mother.

Justo is/was TRULY AMAZING, definitely needs some recognition!

When we went into AT&T, we paid our bill & upgraded our phones. After upgrading our phones, we then gave my daughter my old phone and added a phone to our plan. He was so patient, especially with so much going on.

If anyone ever goes visits this AT&T please ask for Justo, he will get you right and together before leaving ☺

Chris was the store rep who helped me with an upgrade and answered all my questions. He was very nice and walked me through the process of the purchase and the transferring of my data from one phone to the new one. He is absolutely awesome!

This AT&T Store in Perrysburg, Ohio Lewis Commons Mall has great customer service I highly give this store a full five star review did a great job assisting us with our devices and accessories Sometimes you have to drive that extra mile to get better service
