He knew which products and what lengths to use for hair and what was good quality hair. I LOVE HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FRIENDLY DEMEANOR. RUN don’t walk and get THE BEST hair products from him.

Adam was so very understanding , he listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. He was very nice and made me feel very comfortable and helped me pick out my very first wig ever! Been going here every since they were on Diamond st. They have prices for all budgets for the very low to very expensive. ADAM is amazing and the rewards program is best. There is another store in town but loyalty and familiarity is what I roll with. Congratulations on the expansion and I will be in soon.

The quality of his products are amazing. My hair fell out due to medical issues and sugery ..he literally dropped what he was doing walked me through all I needed! He was the most caring person in my journey, I felt so welcomed and treated like I was the only one there. He pick out the MOST absolute perfect hair and everything I needed! Had to drive a fair distance because this place is the ONLY place within 100 miles with hair for braiding. The distance was well worth it just for the welcome and customer service. The man who helped me was so sweet and friendly, and very supportive of my lack of knowledge. The prices are FANTASTIC. No complaints whatsoever.

I am not familiar with many products in the store and was nervous going in because of that. But I just spoke with Adam and he helped me figure everything out that I needed and was super friendly and he had lots of knowledge on all the products. I’d go back there 10x over! This beauty supply store has a good selection of hair and products for any style. The prices are reasonable and the staff is super helpful and nice! I drive from out of town and it's worth the drive.

The man that works there is very kind very helpful, he actually takes his time with every customer to help them in every way possible, he totally and completely really appreciates his customers to the fullest, I would recommend this place a thousand times over , kind of happy that roses is closed cause I’d never would have known about this place other wise.
