The Hibbett staff was friendly and they went out of their way to help me find batting gloves that worked for my youngest. I was able to return the other pair with no fuss and I was on my way in a few minutes. Great service!!!

Had soccer cleats defective and the guy ( don’t remember his name) he’s great at communicating and very friendly, probably the best that I’ve dealt with in any retail store. He helped and the exchange was done in no time . These kind of guys make you feel appreciated as costumer and come back again

I came in two times in Dec and both times was met with very courteous customer care.

They had everything I went in for at fantastic prices. The gentleman that helped us was wonderful. He made sure to check the kids cleats for proper sizing and offered more help than I've ever seen from a big name store. This is now my go-to for sports equipment!
