Great people service over the top. Alway fast to get you back on the road they have a service truck and will come to you in time of need.

This will definitely be my go-to auto shop in town. I've had two experiences with them, both super positive. I had to get new tires for my SUV and they were super helpful in guiding me to the right tires for what I needed. Tires came in the next day, and they had them on and ready to go within an hour or so. Then, I just took it in again after my brakes started grinding. They took a quick look and sent me home in a loaner car, ended up calling me SAME DAY and had everything fixed within a few hours (back brake pad replacement and rotors). Thank you so much for quick, efficient work!

Brought my car in with a flat tire. Team was helpful , courteous, and presented me with all the options available. They were able to repair the current tire and save me a bunch of money. Will definitely use them for my next set of new tires!

My wife despises going to mechanics & doctors because they are generally condescending to women and don't listen. She told me these guys were fantastic. They explained the problem, answered her questions, & explained her options. I won't be spending my $$ anywhere else.

Let's start by saying how nice and knowledgeable this shop is.. called with an issue, and they scheduled the next day.. looked at my car and had it fixed within 30 minutes..will definitely return and recommend them to friends and family.. thank you guys

Absolutely the best tire shop I have ever been to. They get you right in and out and make you feel like your at home. They are very careful with your vehicles and wheels, and put your intrest first. I have and always will put me and my families safety in their hands!

Awesome service. Came in because I couldn’t find tires elsewhere, even the dealership told me they couldn’t get any. Smetzer’s worked with me to find a slightly wider tire that was available, and was extremely careful during the replacement. Hand tools only at my request and he crawled under and around the car after installation to confirm they didn’t rub at all. No extra charge for this attention to detail either.

Hi!! I'm new to the area, & had control arms quoted other places. They were the most competitive! Pleasantly, on top of that, I was impressed they didn't try to sell me more work/parts than neccessary! VERY pleased by how honest, helpful, & accommodating they were. I'm coming back, & not even bothering pricing other shops! The service provided stands tall enough, I trust you, so no need to shop around! Thank you Smetzer's!

Very nice staff! Brought them four wheels and tires about 45 minutes till they closed and they had me in and out in about a half hour without complaining! Very accommodating and friendly staff. Will be back for the alignment when the time comes. Would recommend them to anyone!

Great addition to the Mt. Vernon community. Hometown service and prices. Everyone there is friendly and attentive. Service work is quick and details not overlooked. The facility is new, very clean and orderly. I drive 30 miles one way, for this 5 star service!!!!

I haven't been there, but I suggested my daughter go there because her tire was leaking. She came back with 2 new tires at a very low price. The customer service was great. She will go back and so will I.
