I've had nothing but great encounters with Charlie and the owner as well as the owners son. Always professional and fair with pricing. I have sent many customers there as they have always done right by me. Installation and cash and carry it's always been excellent service by them. The owner and his son even personally brought flooring for me from the other store and dropped it off at my business.

Sharing pictures of the damage they did during flooring install. The owner said he would do the repairs and was a no show. Following up he says he will replace the trim and the trim he dropped off to match was not even close to matching. Never heard from him again. We are asking to be refunded the amount to have the damages to the wall and trim returned to the pre install condition. No surprise the owner doesn’t respond now .
