AT&T Store

Highly recommend the defiance store to anyone looking for amazing and reliable costumer service. Adam and brooke both do a great job and are so kind and helpful. Definitely will be coming back to this store.

Brooke explained things clearly and easily and helped me get exactly what I needed without further charges. Just the type of representative I would like to see when I go into a service store like that.

Brooke was super helpful. Store was clean and had a really pleasant smell. You really learn to appreciate the little things in customer service!

Worked with David. He was so awesome! Our family had been looking at doing AT&T and today decided to use my phone as a test run. He helped in every way possible and even the next day when I was having service issues was waiting to be able to get me up and running. He definitely sold me on A&T and I can't wait until we pay off our other phones so the rest of the family can move over from our current carrier to AT&T as well! Thank you David!

The survey done for John was not done by me not sure how that happen led but we have amazing service he was very helpful and saved me a lot of money I will always go to him for any att advise! Once again the survey that he got was not done by me and I’m not sure how that happened! Thank John we will always come back!!!!

I've had my company phones through Att for about 7 years and today we had to replace a couple of them Rick was extremely helpful in getting us new phones and if I had more money he could have probably sold me just about every accessory to go with our new phones

Highly recommended the Defiance AT&T store. David and Jon kindly helped me with an adjustment on my bill. They were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and overall super helpful. Without a doubt would recommend either of them with any issue, question, or service.

Jon was exceptionally delightful. Today was and still is, my birthday and I had a great time spending it here with this store. I came in around 11:10am to be added to my boyfriends account and Jon sat with us and explained in full detail all the promotions and benefits available to me. You never expect to have fun in a phone store but this was a game changer! My boyfriend and I came back around 5:30 so that he could get an upgrade after the great service and Jon and Tiara noticed I was hungry and made me fresh popcorn with water and beverages. I highly recommend this store if you want the best service. Thanks!

Came in with a busted phone and needed a new one. I was helped by Brooke, who took excellent care of the situation. She got me the new iPhone I wanted, and for a good price. Definitely will be coming back.

The AT&T store has a great customer service team. I have been in for services; ranging from new service, upgrades, replacements, and contract adjustments. Whenever I go in, I am greeted by a knowledgeable and friendly technician. They listen and access my problem; then offer the best choices available for my family. I look forward to returning to the Defiance, Ohio location as my needs change. The customer service team is wonderful and has saved me time and always has helpful ideas.

Tiara and Jon are both amazing. Any time I have a issue with anything they make sure I am happy and satisfied as much as possible even when they are super busy. I want to Thank Tiara and Jon both for all the hard work you do for ATT at this branch....if it wasnt for you both I would of switched to a different carrier. Thank you for all you have done for me and my family.

Jon and Tiara were really helpful. They set my mom up with her phone and were able to get all her contacts out of her old phone. She was very happy! Customers for life!
