Good store and helpful staff. Hosts the kids DIY sessions in the first weekend. Kids have a good time and learn quite a bit of handling the tools and get interested in them.

For some reason, not sure why, I always find friendly staff at this store. I was at the store, on the frigid morning of 1/16/2024, to buy some stuff. Hilda was managing the POS that morning but she startled me (I didn't see her first) by a loud & cheerful greeting. She was so nice and jokingly teased me for being scared, then helped me checkout quickly, gave me a $10 discount and I was on my way back home :). Why can't all my shopping experiences be like this!

I needed assistance in getting some decor for Halloween. Justin was amazing! He assisted with getting the decor. It took him about an hour and needed another employee to help him out. He was extremely patient and was kind enough to help me to take the stuff to my vehicle. I will be returning to this location. Justin thank you for your patience and amazing service.

The lines moved very quickly. Shelves were stocked and employees were very helpful. Store was clean and I was able to find my products and get out quickly.

It was ok, during our pandemic the cost of wood had risen so much I was looking to check on prices and find something else to improvise for my project. I found something I think will work just fine. Now to implement it.

The service was great Joe and Crystal are so professional. I was in different departments and each one of them were attentive to my needs. Joe even walked me to the paints where Crystal was workin to finish off my visit.

Hats off to the amazing supervisor named Kat, whom was a spectacular and very knowledgeable help in the tool department. Thank you for having made my experience on 10/9/2023 a great one!

Helpful staff got me the exact E26 light bulb I needed very quickly. Store is clean and well-organized. The app has accurate locations and in-stock notices for all the items in the store.

The employees are super helpful. When they were out of tool 🔧 boxes, they suggested tool 🔧 bag that was in my budget. Very durable too and under $10

I would like to share the AWESOME customer service I received from the Naperville Home Depot manager Matt Gaylord! He doggedly searched for a way to help me find an item I have been LONG been awaiting for. He went above and beyond to help please a customer, just saying 'it's his job.' Matt surpasses any other managers I've ever encountered with his excellent interpersonal skills, friendly demeanor and helping hand. 5 Stars for Matt Gaylord!

Was in and out. I'm building a stand for my headphones and needed a pipe for one of the pieces. Staff member Tony (or Toby... sorry I cannot remember) was friendly and able to help me find and understand how to use a tube cutter, overall easy and informative shopping experience!

This is without a doubt "THE" best Home depot in our area and one of the best I personally have ever been to, and I've been to many in many different states and counties, they are courtious, helpful, and know what they are doing Which is more than I can say for the rest of their chain. ..the young man in the photo ( that's my fridge and the truck I rented there) provided me with outstanding service, was helpful, courteous, and made sure I was taken care of in a very professional manner. This is the kind of people I hire, and ANY business would be proud to employ this young man.Hats off to the person who hired him ! It's team members like this that make a business successful !! One of the best places for hardware. Would also buy their plants at a pinch. They have perhaps the most friendly and helpful staff in this area. One of them actually spent 15 minutes with me trying to find some screws for an ikea handle which somehow had an European configuration. The staff are always on the floor looking for people to help. And so this makes it my favorite shop even if it's a little more expensive than the neighboring hardware stores.

I interacted with just one person at this location and he was amazing. I believe his name is Josh (I hope that's his correct name), he is probably one of the best, if not the best person I have come across in service industry. I went to the location 3 different times with 3 unique complicated issues and he addressed them like a charm. His customer skills, knowledge of the materials, and technical details of their POS, navigating the website was just phenomenal. I am sharing this experience with multiple items in the order with the total ticket price $$$$.
