I have been to both the Chesapeake and VB locations multiple times. Customer service is always on point. Knowledgeable employees able to explain how the products work and make relevant recommendations. Got a very nice water pipe from there for a great price. I never would have picked the piece out myself but after they explained how it worked and addressed my concerns I had about it, I changed my mind. It was an awesome decision, the piece is everything I could have dreamed of and more and they definitely steered me in the right direction. They also have a rewards system where you get money off future purchases for returning customers. Keep up the good work!

Pitbull is an amazing place!!! My pup absolutely loves going here and all of the employees are friendly. They have this stuff called kratomaide... And it is amazing, they also have a great drink selection. My grandma likes to pick out incense and they have a good variety from cones to sticks.

Very cool chain, and this is one of their best locations. Larger selection of things they carry at the other stores, wonderful vibe and helpful, knowledgeable staff. Will return!

Went in yesterday, and the associate Sky was awesome. She was super knowledgeable of her class and products of the store. The store was very clean and organized. Highly recommend going in there if you’re looking for a new glass piece, great value.

The new location is awesome 👏 It’s clean and organized - just like the last, but twice the size, so they have a larger selection. It’s not shady like some other tobacco shops. The staff is always friendly and no matter who’s working, they’re consistently knowledgeable about the products, which makes me feel confident in my purchases. This is for real just a great spot so I had to give a shout out. Pitbull is my #1 go-to that I recommend to everyone.

Great place. The employees are always nice, friendly, and helpful. Which location you go to it is the same way. They have great customer service skills. They are very knowledgeable in the different products they sell. I would highly recommend this place not only for their great customer service skills. I would also recommend because they have such a high range of products.

I was looking for a larger glass piece. The girl helping me was friendly and quickly found lots of options I could afford. Great service and reasonable prices. Wish I knew the young ladies name but she blonde and gave useful advice. If you're looking for glass this is a great place!

I came in to ask about the pet cbd treats and Sierra was not only extremely knowledgeable about the product,as well as the company, but she also knew about every other product that intrigued me as I walked around the store! It’s clean, bright and welcoming! Sierra was super sweet and didn’t make me feel like I was asking too many questions. Very customer focused!
