Great place and great people

Super slow. Takes over a month to get anything. Shipping is too high and their hours are not convenient at all. They mark things off your order if it’s on back order and they don’t tell you until you ask about it or when you go pickup your order and it’s only half the order. Does not have good item descriptions on the Website. Wish our facility would find a new supplier.

When placing an order I was told it would take 7-10 business days to produce the order. It has been almost a month and i still have not received my items necessary for my work uniform. I call weekly to check in on my order and receive the same information each time that it is "in production". I have voiced my concerns and displeasure with this process and have received no support or good customer service. Very dissatisfied.

I placed an order in early August for 2 items for an event at the end of September. I contacted Customer Service 3 or 4 times to follow up the order . Each time I was assured that my order was going to production and would be ready to ship THAT week. It's been 9 weeks and the event has come and gone and my order is not filled. Disappointed. Feels like customer service doesn't know what's going on, or doesn't know how to set expectations.

I ordered work pants and after three months they were piling and they refused to do anything about it. Don’t waste your money.

been waiting over a month for my order just 3 items.
took 2 emails to get a response and then said there was a delay, then later another email for another delay. i got no status updates and am still waiting. have no idea if I will ever see what I ordered.

Horrible customer service, promises not kept. Shipment never shipped. Constant issues. Horrible communication.
