Range Boutique

My wife and my adult daughters have shopped at Range for years. They have unique offerings of high quality. I just ordered an electronic gift card to be sent to my wife. It was handled quickly and it was customized. We'll be in soon to spend it- and a little more.

This shop has become my favorite place to shop! They have such gorgeous, unique pieces I don't see other places! And the stylists here are just fabulous! They are so friendly and greet every person that comes in the door. They work to assist everyone to find what they need and want and show you what would look good on you. They can help you find outfits to wear to look good every day, and they can help you find an outfit for any special occasion. I also have found special and one-of-a kind bags and jewelry that were perfect as gifts. I highly recommend Range Boutique!!

Fantastic pieces!

I've been a regular client of this store since 2020 and worked primarily with Felice, who was wonderful. I typically stop in several times per month and spend anywhere from $300 - $800, sometimes 1k per visit.

Recently though, the manager Cate, chastised me 2 consecutive days when I went by the store 30 minutes prior to closing time. The first time I was wrapping up in the dressing room and asked if a Nation shirt I was getting came in any other colors. Cate responded "girl, you need to go, it's after closing time (10 minutes past close which I hadn't even realized), we have our friends waiting next door. I wasn't asking to see/try on the shirts, just wanted to know if they came in other colors and she completely snapped at me that I needed to leave the store asap.

The following day I stopped by to try 2 dresses on hold at 4:30 pm and the store closed at 5:00 pm. The moment I walked in the door Cate said "girl, you sure do like to come in right before close, you know you only have 30 minutes, 30 minutes, just 30 minutes b/c we have plans". She said it repeatedly, which was obnoxious. I was shocked and when I said I was upset about it, she responded "You can roast me about this, but I'm not listening".

I had 2 dresses to try on; 30 minutes was plenty of time. I may have looked around and spent more money, but she made me so uncomfortable I just left.

I've never asked any of them to stay late for me at the store and if I do come in close to closing time, I always apologize and hustle up quickly to leave by closing.

This place is racist! I can't believe how I was treated like second class citizen.
