This stores staff are without question the most helpful and sweetest ladies. Can't find or locate an item, they'll search the floor high and low. If they can't find it on the floor they'll come back with it from the stockroom. Always helpful with scent description. Share items new and just put out on the floor. No one pesters you but always happy to make the customer happy. Don't ever change your charm and sweetness ladies

Between several calls to check availability and several visits to this location right before the holidays, my experience with the staff in Hicksville was very accommodating, professional, and courteous with smiles. My first call I had the pleasure of being serviced by Sarah who had checked availability and offered to put items on hold to be picked up later. My second call I had the pleasure of being serviced by Marissa who had also checked availability and answered a lot of questions. My first visit to the store I had the pleasure of being serviced by Nicole who was trying to find certain scents in a gift set, and after looking high and low, she found one. My second visit to the store I had the pleasure of being serviced by awesome Jessenia who tried to accommodate since what I was looking for was not available. My overall experience with this location was stellar and would definitely recommend to others.

Recently ran into Bath & Body Works at the Broadway Mall for a last min Christmas gift for a co worker. The staff was beyond helpful! I was greeted immediately upon entering the store by a lovely young team member. She was very kind and listened very carefully to help me find just what I was looking for. She made wonderful suggestions for gifts that were right in my price range. I left very happy with two gifts for my co workers. Very happy with my shopping experience.

Manager was very nice! My coupons didn't work, but she fixed it. Thank you <3 I was able to finish my Christmas shopping.

Came in today, didn’t realize how close to closing it was. Was very excited to see if any of the Halloween items were out yet. Kaitlyn went above and beyond with her service and made my night. Great customer service and a very friendly team!

Great variety of products and scents. The staff was extremely helpful. There was no line or wait to get assistance. I appreciate that the young woman checking me out made sure to let me know that a few of the items I was purchasing had a promotion attached to them.

Update: Yessenia is an amazing asset to Bath & Body Works. Yessenia is always very efficient friendly and goes out of her way to help you find the product that you are looking for. The best is that Yessenia treats my sister and me very well everytime we come in.

Great friendly customer service and a clean store.
Kaitlyn was quick to assist me , found the product quickly and showed me several options which I could choose from for the Black Cherry Merlot cream. Britney helped me so I could make my purchases and showed me how to use my coupons correctly.

This store has various scented body and hand lotions. They also have scented candles, hand sanitizers, body sprays and plug-in scented night lights. Hand sanitizers scents include Warm Vanilla Sugar, Sunshine & lemons, Twisted Peppermint & Champagne Apple & Honey, etc. The staff are helpful and friendly. They will usually greet you at the front entrance as well as ask you if you need help finding a product. The staff also offer samples of scented lotions on paper squares for you to try. Coupons for percentage off and a free gift are available through customer emails as well as through at-home postal mailers. You'll find a vast array of products for your skin health that will leave you with a great scent, moisturized and feeling good. This store is located near the center of the mall, next to the Yankee Candle store. Bath and Body Works Is One Of My Favorite Stores To Shop At In Roosevelt Field Mall and At Broadway Mall As Well!!! They Have Good Sales Here and I Love Shopping Here So Much!!! I Try To Shop Here Once A Month!!! So I Can Get What I Need When They Go On Sale!! I'd Reccomend It To Everyone Looking For A Good Store To Shop At In These Two Malls For All Your Bath Needs!!! They Get Five Stars Also!!!!!!

You can always get great products here! I really like the scents, body wash and hand sanitizers. Its good quality, and theres usually always some sort of sale.
