Had a great experience at this store location. The sales associate Josh was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

I find the staff to be very helpful and making sure we know of any current deal. They also help find what we are looking very. Very knowledgeable. Recently, we bought Superfood Greens by Amazing Grass, absolutely love it in protein smoothies. Wide variety of products to choose from. FDA does not approve any supplements, because they don’t control the market.

I stopped by this afternoon and got some really great advice and help finding some good deals. The staff was nice and helpful.

Where I go to get mt sups, prices are good and they are willing to price match.

90% of the time I come here they’re not open. Sign says “closed at 3” and it’s noon. Nobody here.

The fact that everything in there has a disclaimer about the lack of FDA approval makes me extremely skeptical about the unsubstantiated claims that the staff makes.

Stopped today an hour before they closed to grab some more preworkout before I hit the gym. Note in the door said closed due to covid-19 and will return to normal hours tomorrow. Covid-19 pandemic is over. This is probably just some excuse to close the store. Reading the other reviews from the store this seems to be a common issue from this store. Corporate needs to step in.

Stopped by at 1250 today. Handwritten note on the door says "back at 3". What a joke. You lost a sale today and I won't be back. Judging from the other reviews this is nothing new. Corporate needs to step in and fix this location.

Stopped by the store twice e now and they are not open once was at 10am, and today I stopped in at 11 and was still closed not sure what is going on with this location and there start times. It would be great if they could get updated hours so everyone would know when they were open.

This store has not been open twice when I’ve come here during what is posted as normal operational hours. In addition, I’ve called the store and I promptly get disconnected. Someone needs to step in and fix this store management because it’s clearly a mess.

I’ve been coming here for a long time because it’s the only local place to get something in a pinch . Well I came in the , it’s smelled terrible, the store was disgusting it looked like it hasn’t been swept or mopped in months. The guy working was terrible he asked if i need help, then proceeded to stand at the register asked me two more times as I was wailing around if I was ready to check out , I said no then stud there and was very annoyed and huffing and puffing because I wasn’t ready. Didn’t ask me if I was a member and then didn’t ask if i wanted to use points nothing no total told me to tap my card. I don’t have that feature then told me he emailed my receipt and and walked away … bad enough it’s expensive but now it’s just over all terrible . Probably will not come back ..

This place is funny since they literally scam you. If you don’t give a phone number to make an account and make a small purchase they automatically round up your transaction for a “donation” without telling you what it’s for or even asking you if you want to.

If anyone working for gnc actually wanted to look: 01/15/22 between 2:30-2:50pm the only person who bought just a quest bar (oatmeal chocolate chip) the transaction was rounded up 11 cents the kid did it so fast and was trying to make conversation as a distraction he clearly didn’t expect me to see it. Counted on me not asking for the receipt because of the low dollar amount.

This type of thing is exactly why gnc has gone downhill in the industry for over the past decade. Even used car dealers usually don’t just outright scam you. This is exactly why the tops in Ithaca got shut down by the attorney general for 3 days.
