AT&T Store

Today was an amazing experience to help upgrade my phone and merge with the business phone! Thankful for Stacia and Yessiy and their diligent work to make this experience pain free and help me to get the best out of this for my personal and business use.

We have been with AT&T for many years and Stacia has been especially helpful with any and all issues we may have. We honestly tried other stores years back and will not go back. We enjoy every visit here and the assistance that we receive. We always hope to see her and her coworkers.Never a bad experience!

Thank you Xavier Tyson for the all your help in transitioning over to the “dark side”😆. I highly recommend him if you ever in the vestal plaza area next to Starbucks(uclub area) It was a grueling and frustrating 2 days with my phone not working. He did help with device and better plans on my installments. Poor now but for a better cheaper tomorrow.👌🏽

Stacia and her team are second to none! They help me with any issue that comes up and they do it with a smile on their faces. I have been going to Stacia’s Vestal NY store for several years now and I can’t say it enough, they’re the best at what they do!

If you want true customer service, come visit this store and skip the AT&T website. Originally, I switched to AT&T from Verizon via an AT&T web order. Needless to say I ran into issues with the order, and the corporate support was worthless. I then stopped into this store seeking help. They were extremely supportive and worked to find a solution. Both David and Stacia were exceptional, and provided the type of service everyone desires but rarely find.

Jason and the team were super friendly and helpful. I walked in not knowing what I wanted and Jason got me set up on a new plan with a new phone. Highly recommend.

Cole and stacia were amazing with customer assistance and me and family were there a couple of hours, they were really great to talk to while helping us out with our account and transfers and would definitely come back if I ever need help with my art again, highly recommend to get assistance on att!

This store is amazing I pass two others just to go to this one their customer service is above and beyond even on days I have to wait I am willing to do so. They are excellent at acknowledging you as soon as you walk in and make you feel important. This store should be a training site for area associates new to the company.

Stephan Sabol was so very helpful, he set up my phone when I was having a very hard time. He was personable and answered all of my many questions. I was very pleased with the service at this location and will continue to use them for my future purchases.
