I always order online so I had never been to the store. However, I had a return and was told I could just bring it in to the store. I was so pleasantly surprised. All the salespeople were so gracious and accommodating. Although they don’t typically carry my size ( I am in the plus category) they were more than happy to order anything I might like. They accepted my return without difficulty and
ordered a replacement which I already have.I highly recommend this store if you are interested in quality and class. A+++😊👍🏻❤

I've been a Talbots customer since 1991. I shop there almost exclusively because I'm very petite and I know the size 2P fits me perfectly. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Always a pleasure shopping at the Vestal store!

I was in the Vestal store last week to return something that didn’t work. Christine gave me such wonderful customer service without being pushy. She found me just what I was looking for plus a vest that I wore all weekend.

Sales associates were very friendly and responsive even though I came in primarily to return items I bought through the website. Ended up spending twice what I returned.

You guys should move to old Coldwater Creek, shoppes at Pierce Hill next to Chico's and Acacia. Business would increase due to walk in traffic from other clothiers! Just saying.

Excellent staff- every time I visit each employee goes above and beyond. The store is meticulously clean bright and well displayed. The clothing is high quality but in my opinion, overpriced. I never find anything that fits. Every purchase I've made is for someone who's a smaller size.
