Eddie Bauer Outlet

As a middle-aged, cis, white male, I enjoy stopping at Eddie Bauer to pick up a new hoodie to add to my rotation whenever it's time (past time, really) to retire an older hoodie. I also found a nice rain jacket, and finally decided to drop some coin on that niche of outdoor apparel; here's to keeping the upper half of my body shielded from rain, yet susceptible to being saturated with sweat if it's worn for too long in warm weather.

Being the only Eddie Bauer in the Capital Region this store is neat clean and well stocked the employees are amazingly helpful!

Loved this place! There was a sale there today and the prices were a steal. The assistant lady was very nice and helpful. Moreover, the quality of the clothes is great, besides the store offers a 1 year guarantee. I had a very pleasant experience shopping.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. I'm really hard to fit, being 6' 4", and Eddie Bauer is the only place I know that carries clothes in my size that are of high quality and affordable. It is unique in Albany.

Good customer service and selection! Prices are aggressive but the merchandise is quality. We do not shop there unless we find 50-70% off deals which are abundant. I would suggest the manufacturer start to offer XXXL sizes in men's sizes.

The Eddie Bauer outlet in the former Northway Mall doesn't have a great selection, but what they do have is of very good quality. Their sales are the best time to shop there and most of the staff is very willing to help you out and answer questions.
I am very satisfied with the Lodge Down Gloves I recently purchased, although they tend to run small. These gloves are so much better than LL Bean primaloft gloves. The Bean gloves are a complete waste of money. Skip the bean and go to Eddie Bauer!

Great selection of clothing and they have a wonderful return/replacement policy. My husband's jacket zipper broke and it was purchased the end of 2016. Eddie Bauer is replacing it with a brand new one.

Surprisingly great place! I didn't hear too much about Eddie Bauer brand in recent years, mostly buying Adidas Terrex for all outdoor clothing. But my mom needed a coat and Eddie Bauer was the only store that had the required longer length and larger size. Their womans coats go up to 3x plus size and up to 48 inches length. All coats we have looked at had YKK Japanese zippers throughout - definitely a marker of quality, and distinct from no name brands in big stores. Temperature ratings for coats go as low as minus 60F; probably an overkill for most winter days in Upstate NY, but certainly a lifesaver for cold spells of weather we get here from time-to-time. Prices were great and better than just about any brand in local brick-and-mortar stores considering overall quality of materials and workmanship. We ended up buying clothes for the whole family and will be coming back for more in the future. This particular location can handle online exchanges and returns despite technically being an outlet. In other words, anything you buy from Eddie Bauer online store can be returned or exchanged in this store.

Really like knowing this store is so close by. I had to return a couple of things which was easy, then was able to browse the avaikable selection. Staff were incredibly nice, and patient.
